Q:How do you open it to release blade

Answer This Question

A:  On the Home Depot product page, please see the second video. At 20 seconds into the video, there is instructions on how to change the blade. In order to remove and replace the blade, pull down on the silver toggle switch located on the front of the cutter. When the toggle is in the down position, the blade can be removed and reinserted.
