        Very Good Corded Light Option
I spent a lot of time weighing the pros and cons of a lot of different light options given my unconventional use of lighting an outdoor music performance. I decided to buy 2 of these lights with the tripods. I choose the 3500-Lumen option because of the added feature of the plug in the back to connect the 2 lights, which was incredibly useful. Overall, the light seems very well made, gave a ton of light, stayed cool to the touch as promised, and did a great job for the purpose. Additionally, $40 for the light plus $20 for the tripod was much lower a cost than other options. I would recommend this light if you have access to plugs. If not, you have to look into the battery lit lights which are going to be much more costly and obviously have the risk of running out of battery.

I bought four of these to replace the 500-watt Halogen fixtures on my old stand work lights. I had to rewire the work light stand, but that was easy. Now they much brighter than they were with a clear white light that is easy to see in when working. Not only that, but now they are not pouring out waves of intense heat while I am working out in the shed or barn in 90+ degree (F) weather. So far these are great, but it will be a while before I know how reliable and long-lasting they are.

My dad and I completed a house project 2 years ago where we had to put pavers down in my back patio. Like most big projects we complete, they usually take longer than expected. This means working into the night, which of course is challenging with limited visibility. The Husky 3500 Lumen LED Portable Worklight would have been extremely useful for this job, but I’m glad I at least have it now. The setup for the light is super easy, you just need to screw in the base stand and set the angle of light you want, then tighten up the screws to set its position in place, plug it in, and turn it on. It’s a simple but effective design that works extremely well. A built-in handle at the top of the unit makes it easy to carry around too. It almost seems like it produces more than 3500 lumens of light it’s so powerful. I used to illuminate my car one night during a late night wash and dry, and it did a fantastic job, easily outperforming the conventional work light I use. It also produces much less heat than even a halogen light, making it much more comfortable to work around and much less of a fire or burn hazard. And seeing as it is a LED light, it uses less energy too. I have only good things to say about this worklight and will be using it throughout my garage adventures.

          Very Bright!
This lamp measures FAR brighter than it's marketed at. By my measurements, this lamp is outputting about 7100 lux at a 1ft distance. That calculates out to around 8300 lumens as opposed to the 3500 lumens they rate it at. I measured this in the dark where the lamp was the only light source running. The lamp does get a bit warm. The lamp itself, I measured at 100 deg F, but it's behind glass so you wouldn't know that it's that hot. The chassis, however, I measured at around 150 deg F. It's definitely warm to the touch. The lamp draws around .4 amps of power at 110vac. That works out to about 44 watts. This is pretty high for an LED light, but it is putting out a lot of light. The lamp seems strong, it's fairly lightweight, and it attaches to it's tripod with a cam lock that seems pretty sturdy and snug. The lamp has adjustments for pitch angle, so you can position it however you like. The thumbscrews are all well made and don't appear that they are likely to wear down quickly. Overall, keep in mind that this is a work light. You want this sucker to be bright, which it most certainly is. It does draw a bit of power, and it does put off some heat from the chassis, but it's rugged and should work well at the jobsite.

          Very bright light
The Husky 3500-Lumens LED portable worklight is very bright. It goes together easily, and is light and durable. It can be easily adjusted to any direction you need for your project. It can be attached to a tripod if needed. It is cool to the touch, and can be easily moved around with it's integrated handle. The LED bulb never needs replacing. I would recommend this work light.

Given a good rating only because I've only had the light a few weeks and am tired of being bugged for a review. Overall the light performs well. Most notibly is its weather resistance. I bought this light for outdoor holiday lighting. It has a bright broad throw lighting the house from thirty feet. But most importantly is it wet weather property. It has worked flawlessly in sustained rain. One heavy all day storm with strong winds. No tipping over or moving. If it continues its excellent performance it is definitely a five star light. Would recommend.

Bright and durable. Can’t beat it for the price and the fact that it doesn’t get hot is even better

The light output was very good. The light stand a bit flimsy.
