This thing can move some air. It should handle 3 easy.. that said, you will probably only get a year out of the regulator..... If you get this make sure you drain the air after each use

YES! What I do is to create an "Accumulator" which is basically an extra auxiliary air-tank using a "Portable !0-gal" air storage tank. This is placed between the compressor and all of your equipment. This is what this design will do as it is something that came to me when dealing with undersized compressors or intermittent high cap-use on projects essentially making an "Air Capacitor" and will accomplish exactly what an Electrical Capacitor does with electricity, stores and levels out peak highs and lows in a system. With a compressed air system it will accomplish the following: 1st Add more cubic capacity to the storage tank on compressor. 2nd Provide ample air volume with intermittent high volume air requirements. 3rd Allow capture of High Humidity Air allowing it to reasonably condense in the tank and fall to the bottom allowing more dry air to "Pass-Through" the bottle to your "Air Guns" or "Painting Guns" if you can keep this tank Cold say with ice or water it becomes an "Air Dryer" forcing hot moist air to condense inside and when ready to empty just open Tank Purge on bottom occasionally to blow out recovered water. Not a perfect system but works pretty good once you get it set-up and start making it a part of your "Less than Usual" work scenarios....
check you cfm requirements, often there is a rating plate on the gun or maybe look at your paperwork or online with the model number. Then compare with compressor stats. max output is 150 i belive. but a hvlp should have no problem running on this compressor.
The pump cuts out at 225 PSI and comes back on around 175 PSI. Check the manual - you can download it on the Home Depot site.
Yes, I run an angled die grinder all the time. It doesn't take anymore air to run a die grinder than it does most other air tools.
