About This Product

Elevate your work experience with the Husky 52 in. Adjustable-Height Work Table with 2-Drawers. This multi-functional work station features a manual crank that can raise and lower the work surface. The 1.2 in. T, solid wood top is rugged and beautiful and there is plenty of space on the 52 in. W x 24 in. D work surface. The workbench can be assembled with either the four, 3 in. x 2 in. polypropylene casters for mobility or attach the 4 leveling feet for use as a stationary table or desk. This work table has plenty of uses around the home, office, hobby room or garage. It is designed with a 300 lbs. weight capacity and an overhang so that you can easily attach your vise grips or cl-Amps while working on a project. This 52 in. Husky Work Table's contemporary, adjustable-height feature allows you to have the flexibility to sit or stand while working. Research suggests that there are health benefits to alternating between standing and sitting throughout the day because it both decreases body discomfort and increases blood flow. The ergonomic design could also reduce eye and back strain and boost your productivity. The crossbar support can be installed in 2 different locations, depending on your preference. Install the support at the center of the table for an open, 2-sided work area. Or install it along the back of the legs to allow you the versatility of stowing your tool storage and rolling cabinets underneath to further organize your work space.

Excellent all-purpose workshop table! l;ove the adjustable height
I am using this as a work table in the middle of my 12 x 15 shop. I like that I can adjust it to match the height of other worksurfaces in my shop: most are 37”, but I have one bench that is 29”. With the included rolling wheels, I can move it out of the way, or substitute the included fixed feet if I don’t want it to move - but the rolling wheels with locks do just fine! I also like the two wide drawers for holding hand tools and paper, such as magazine articles and plans!

I’m using this as a computer desk and I just don’t think I could beat it for that
I got the 46 inch in black with drawers. I’m using this as a computer desk and I just don’t think I could beat it for that. And I spent about 2 years looking at desks and workbenches to use as a desk before picking this one. I was looking for the perfect desk for me and this is it. The 46 inch desk pairs very well with my 50 inch monitor. My only regret is that I could not fit one of the wider models in my space. But the 46 was the biggest of the selections I could squeeze in my space without some major rearrangement of an area where I have some sizable cable bundles and stuff mounted inside an adjacent cabinet for my Light-O-Rama setup. If not for the other equipment in my way I would have gone with the 72. Every model in the line is a good deal. I do wish it was 48 inches instead of 46 for one simple reason. I would love to have a full desk mouse pad. And you can find 24x48 mouse pads easy. But I’ve looked high and low and cannot find one that will fit this 46 inch surface perfect. I was even willing to settle for a 2x3 foot one to give me full depth and leave strips on the side uncovered. So the slightly odd sizes these come in make that sort of thing difficult. I may yet build my own custom 46x24 mouse pad using raw materials. But overall I am very happy with it despite this one little quirk. First out of the box I thought assembly was going to be an easy piece of cake. But then I went to put the cross piece on that covers the adjustment rod. They make that thing where it fits super tight. I was not sure I was going to get it in without doing some work on it. They could shorten it 1/16th inch and it would have made things immensely easier. I’ve put a lot of stuff together and I’m never daunted by it but this was a little frustrating and resulted in the use of several colorful metaphors. It was very tough to get in even after I loosened every screw up to very loose. In the scheme of things that is insignificant though. It was a few minutes aggravation. I would not hesitate to buy it again. I may buy another for my wife if she decides she wants one. For the quality-to-price ratio they are a bargain you won’t beat anywhere. I work from home a lot (even before Covid) and this just gives me more room to spread out than the shallower desk I had before. And this will outlast me. One thing that surprised my were the drawers. Each is a full 16 inches deep. They are on the shallow side and anything over 1 inch high will not fit. But I have more useful drawer space than I had in my old desk so the drawers are win. And buying the model with drawers is a no brainer. With the negligible cost difference of $20 for the drawers why would you not get them ? You can always not mount them and set them aside for later. And the fact they come packed in their own internal box would just help with that. As many have said have help or take care where you assemble it. I assembled it upside down on top of a cedar chest. That made for less bending over but when it came time to flip it over I had to strain a bit. I managed but had a sore back after. If I was doing it again I would assemble it in the floor. It is very heavy. (even this smaller one). After reading all the reviews I expected quality but the gauge of the steel in the nice powder coat finish still surprised me a little since I ordered it sight unseen. As others have mentioned the adjustment is very smooth. I was a bit surprised by just how smooth. They really did well on the mechanism. And the way the crank just pops out is a nice touch. And the drawers are very smooth. I read some stay they stick and with that in mind a I put the brackets on I kept them as far apart as I could pulling them apart where there was any play. And when the drawers went in once they settled into the sliders they are smooth as silk. They do tend to want to close on their own – even if you adjust the desk to tilt them outward. I presume that is by design. One thing is clear – some good thought went into the design of this thing. Kudos to the folks that did that. In this day and age that kind of quality is no longer common.

Good Work from Home standing Desk
Pandemic plans called for standing Desk at home. Very sturdy and good build. One suggestion , turning the crank gets tiresome so i bought a 10mm hex bit socket to turn it with a drill

We had to go to two different stores to find two of these but they were well worth it. I needed a height adjustable desk and this is perfect. I have had no issues. I feel it is a was a worthwhile investment. The construction is heavy duty it had options for wheels for mobility and the height adjustment is easy to operate. I feel by going with a workbench I got better quality and flexibility. I can store my keyboard and supplies in the drawer and leave a clean desk every day. I have been very satisfied with my purchase.

Extremely satisfied with this product. Had to have help carrying and constructing, but it was uncomplicated. I use this bench daily as a standing work station. Love the idea of mobility, height adjustment and sturdy construction. Great price and easy to order and pick up. Compared to the desks I was trying to buy, it's a no brainer and recommended to all.

I purchased this product to serve double duty, as its fine finish is such that it can serve as a movable, kitchen center island or as an easily movable, adjustable height desk. Although advertised as a "Work Table" its butcher block table top looks like a piece of furniture.

              I bought one....then bought another
My wife is an artist, uses mixed media, we bought one, then bought another to make a 48" deep workspace for painting, crafting etc, the wheels are great but dont work too well on deep carpets The price is awesome, the unit is heavy/sturdy, all quality materials, every screw fits, desk is nice and level, if you dont mind a manual crank lift, this is the best price/deal you can get for a sit/stand workspace, takes less than 15-20 mins to assemble (the white really looks clean in a home) I have a few suggestions for HUSKY - the drawers could be bigger/deeper, second is to offer other tops, possible stainless steel or other hard material you can easily clean vs the wood that will get hacked up. FYI to HUSKY, the two desks actually had two different drawer setups, first one we got the top drawer wasn't that deep, while the second unit had a spacer and the drawers were deeper.
