poor design
Very sloppy fit, straps do not adjust knee pad well or hold it in place.

I don’t really recommend this produce
They are nice and soft on the knees, but if you need to move around on your knees, these pads don’t stay in place very well, you might have to keep readjusting them,

either strap is too tight, or they move around too much to be effective

Couldn't keep them in place
Tried varying straps tighter, looser, etc. But had to keep pulling them back after every 3rd or 4th kneel-down.
Comfortable when in right place, but I'm going back to the over-under style without the hard cap.
