14 ft. x 12 ft. White Aluminum Attached Solid Patio Cover with 4 Posts (20 lbs. Live Load)

I was very excited to purchase this patio cover based on the good reviews. I've been wanting a patio cover for years and was finally in a financial position to buy one. Ordered on April 6, 2021, received on April 29, 2021, installed on May 27, 2021. I hired a contractor to install and he was disappointed. He was unable to tell any of the issues before he'd removed the parts from the boxes and began installation. CONS: 1. they don't tell you the boxes are freight delivered - they came on a tractor trailer that could not get down my street, 2. there were no instructions included, 3. several parts were missing, 4. some of the aluminum was bent or dented, 5. there were no pre-drilled holes, 6. leaks on the side where the end plate attaches to the siding (had to have someone caulk twice), 7. "gutter" is a joke, it's a plate about the size of my hand (and I'm a female with small hands) - I had to purchase an actual gutter and have it installed, 8. the end plate that connects to the columns was 8" too short and the contractor had to trim the fascia plate that attaches to the siding so that it would match - this means that one entire panel could not be installed – so the left side is shorter than the right, making it look off center. I'm just going to have to live with that but am having trouble enjoying it knowing that I'm not getting my full money's worth because it is one entire roof panel short. PROS: 1. it provides shade moreso than without a cover (obviously), 2. the bright white matches my home perfectly, 3. no leakage between the roof panels in the center, 4. you can’t tell any of the above-described problems just by looking at it. I have had four neighbors ask me about my patio cover and sadly I have recommended they seek the materials from a different manufacturer. If I had a do-over, I would purchase elsewhere. The end result is not worth the heartache and hassle involved in installation. I'm afraid I will always feel bitter about the cover being an entire panel short because of the manufacturer's incorrect measurements. **I DO NOT RECOMMEND**

Delivery took along time, but it was worth the wait, it took 2 guys 2 days to install because crew were not professionals, just DYI'ers. So if you can read instructions it can be installed. It has met my expectations, love sitting out on the deck when it rains listening to the pitter patter of the rain, plus I don't get soaked unlocking my door any more. I have had it about 2 months, so far I can't say anything bad. Love it.

Patio cover is exactly what I wanted however the instructions are not diy friendly. I had to hire a contractor to install.

Beautiful end product. The directions are by far the worst. This is not for the average DIY'er. I was able to assemble it completely by myself in 3 days. Modifications had to be made since I have an odd roof line I had to contend with. I like the color. It matched my trim color almost exactly. Packaging could be better as I has some damage to a couple of panels. I was able to repair them without having to ask for replacements.

received product it had some minor shipping damage on 3pnls. was easily corrected. followed instruction assembled with ease. I supv. while my son did the work. has someone that know how to assemble product I felt the instruction were over writing. if I were younger it would of takin me a day to install

The quality is excellent. We endured a monsoon shower the day after it was completed and it stood up well with no leaks. The install requires patience and is not for the fainthearted or casual DIY. Compressing the roof panels to fit within the designated space takes significant effort.

Instructions need to be re-done. Drawings are 2-dimentional and hard to understand. One page had the instructions in reverse as well as the drawings! They should re-do the instructions and use photos. Snapping the roof together was a major task. Some fitted tighter than others and I had to keep prying the tight ones open and then snapping them into place. I live near one of Four Seasons plants and was able to go there for help. People there were awesome and took the time to help me. I installed patio myself and it took 2 full weekends. Probably could have got it done in one weekend if instructions were better. I would give product 5 stars if the instructions weren’t so vague and hard to understand.

This is by far the best thing we have done to the outside of our house. The rear of our home has a full south exposure. So we get a lot of sun back there. it made our back patio mostly unusable in the hottest part of summer. Since we put this up we can now enjoy ar patio and be out there without the threat of sun stroke.

Difficult to install as the directions are unclear. Parts are not identified clearly. The fascia mounting plate is not drilled and Had a contractor and helper do pole mounting places are not marked or drilled. Difficult to snap roof together and drains are ridiculous. I had this installed by a contractor and it took 2 people most of the day to install. A return trip will be necessary to properly install drains.

Even though I followed the instructions to a tee the roof panels not always match and I am not sure if this will allow water to drip under the patio cover. Must have two people to install and expect it to take a little over one day.
