    If the toilet is designed near standard configuration, it should work perfectly. This should work on nearly all side mount handled toilets.

    This handle is exactly the same as the original Eljer. If I had to guess I would say it is OEM. It is high quality. I expect it will last as long as the original lasted.... 22 years.

    Will this work with model #141-0777 ? Also a left side mount.

    Thank you for your message. The Toilet Tank lever you are looking at is designed to fit Eljer Brand Toilets - this is a different manufacturer from Universal Rundle. As universal Rundle no longer exists, parts for the toilets are very rare, and we do not have the lever to fit the 4491 in our catalogue. However, we do carry aline of universal "will fit" sized levers that can be bent and cut to fit your unique toilet tank. You can either take a look at our Metal Levers or the Plastic Arm levers - located at this link on Home Depot.     Installation on our Toto tank was quite easy. However, the handle does not stay flush with the side of the tank when I flush. The lever does work, though, so I consider it a minor problem. However, those who demand perfection may be troubled by this issue.
