can this be installed on a vinyl fence?

Asked by HIGHCEILING May 18, 2020It would require a lot of extra work as each of the 48 anchors has two screws so you will end up having to use a lot of blocking in the ceiling.
Can this be installed at an angle, so that the horizontal ropes are at a diagonal?
