Automatic Foaming Soap Dispenser in White

I am very happy with the performance of this soap dispenser. There is minimal wait time from when you put your hand under the sensor. It senses your hand right away and you don't have to stand there waving your hand around. I included a short video showing how quickly it dispenses. You do have to supply 4 AAA batteries so be aware of that. It is taller and larger than your standard size store bought container of hand soap so be aware of that if you have any space constraints. It does not leak as long as you have the removable nozzle properly installed. Other than that, it is a good reliable product. I would recommend it for kitchen or bath use. It would also make a great gift.

Very nice and stylish soap dispenser.Automatic feature is nice as you just place your hand underneath. The instructions are good and it is very easy to set up and get going. Just add liquid soap in the top and it is pretty much ready to go. You do need to get batteries for the unit as it does not come with them. It has setting for foaming soap or liquid soap and each has 4 different levels you can set it on. Works good and shuts off fast so you do not have extra soap coming out when you move your hand.

I ordered the Kohler automatic foaming soap dispenser to add to my other matching Kohler kitchen accessories. As always with Kohler products the quality of the soap dispenser is excellent. It is easy to fill(from the top)and uses either foaming or liquid soap.The instructions on the box say not to use soaps that contain beads, exfoliants, sand or pumice. I put foaming Method pink grapefruit in mine. The despenser works flawlessly. There is a setting on the bottom to control the type of soap and the amount dispensed. I have it set on the second highest amount dispensed and that is plenty for me. Once the soap is dispensed the light turns on for 20 seconds, the recommended handwashing time according to the CDC.There is also an off setting. It requires four AAA batteries, which are not included.The only negatives for me are that I think it would be more attractive if it were smaller with an hourglass shape(even though it would not hold as much) and for the cost I think the batteries should be included. However, I do recommend this product.

I wanted this dispenser for the foaming soap products, which I have come to really like. You can buy the ready-to-use foaming soap (Method's products are great...love the grapefruit one), or make your own by using a 1 part regular liquid soap to 3 parts water ratio. The 3-1 ratio is important because you don't want the soap mix to be too thick or you won't get foam. The important thing is to buy a simple liquid soap, and don't buy anything with any sort of abrasive or beads or sand, etc. Those additives can and will clog the spout where the foam is produced. If you make your own foaming soap, mix the soap and water together but do not shake, it's not necessary! Somehow this dispenser looked really large in a lot of ads I saw, but it's actually not oversized at all and looks very nice and clean in my kitchen. I saw a display one in the stainless steel version and it shows finger prints and water spots too much for my liking, so I got the white version, which is a bit cheaper and really looks nice as it doesn't show water spots etc. The dispenser is easy to fill (lift up a cap on the top), and a window on the front shows how much soap is left. The dispenser also lights up when you use it...handy for seeing the soap level, but a blinking light indicates the batteries are low, so that's nice. The light is also a 20 second washing timer. It takes four AAA batteries, and I think they probably will last awhile, longer than you might expect. My previous cheap dispenser was in the kitchen with a lot of daily uses and the batteries in that one are still going strong after nearly 4 months. This one should perform similarly. Aside from the clean, nice appearance, I like that you can set the amount of soap dispensed...3 levels for either foam or regular soap (the dispenser does either foam soap or regular ). You adjust this via a clearly marked dial on the bottom, and there is also an "off" setting to use when you are changing batteries. The battery door is also on the bottom, so I'd avoid putting this item in a place where the bottom will always be in water. However, the bottom has an edge or rim that raises it up a bit so the battery door isn't directly on the surface it sits on, so that should protect it from water. I love the dispenser design and function enough to give it 5 enthusiastic stars, but I haven't had it long to judge its longevity. It is very pricey, so I hope it lasts a long time. It does have a one-year warranty from Kohler, so save your purchase receipt. Home Depot delivered this just a couple of days after I ordered it, so I'm very pleased with their smooth and efficient online ordering process.

I bought this because I got tired of using pump bottles of soap that gave intermittent delivery and had gunk forming on top the pump bottles. Not anymore with this Kohler soap dispenser. It has 3 levels of metered delivery and is spot on every time. Also, it doesn't leave a mess. We leave ours on Level 1 Liquid (lowest level). I have never tried using foam soap with this unit. This Kohler unit is quiet in its soap delivery. Beware, it is sensitive in that if you have something on the table under where the spout is and you're reaching for it, sometimes the sensor will detect that and deliver unwanted soap. No problem, really, since we now keep the area underneath clear. But one time we didn't, lol. 4 AAA batteries are required and they are not included, so be sure to pick up some while you're at Home Depot or have some on hand at home.

Very please with my soap dispenser, definitely recommend it.

Great for kids. Less mess less waste!
