High quality- Many features; runs quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is high quality. It is very quiet. We have not utilized the Convection feature yet but I anticipate it will work great! It is a little larger than most microwaves since it is an oven too.

Excellent Convection Micro
I loved this Convection Micro and the Kitchenaid double oven electric range with convection and my designer Kitchenaid 3 door refrigerator. Unfortunately Hurricane Ian and the 7’ water surge ripped through the house and tore the appliances off the walls. And the fridge floated, the handles bouncing and putting holes in the ceiling. All of my Kitchenaid small appliances went out the doors and windows and down the Caloosahatchee River.

Professional and so high tech
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our kitchen aid microwave. It’s tough and very durable. I love that it has multiple cooking functions. I can bake cookies, I can steam, I can microwave a quick meal. I can use the mood light at night and I have the option to turn off the turn table if needed. It’s great and so nice looking!

Absolute Garbage
Do not buy. This is the worst microwave I have ever owned. I do not normally post but I am obligated to in this case. We bought this microwave early in 2020. Per the label in the door, it was made in November of 2019. By summer of 2021 the magnetron had failed...basically it ceased to microwave. At nearly half the original cost of the microwave, it was repaired. Shamefully Kitchenaid only has a 1 year warranty on this part, meanwhile the heating element for the convection function has a 5 year warranty. Like they knew the main feature wouldn't last. Now here it is July of 2022 and it has stopped microwaving again. In all my life (now 50 years) I have never had a microwave fail. They've always been tossed for wear and tear. The reason I bought this one was the one it replaced was the original from when the house was built in 1997. We decided that the tapped on handle was a bit much and decided to replace it. It wasn't pretty but at 23 years old it was still running strong. I thought KichenAid was a good brand, clearly I was mistaken.

Very nice Microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this Microwave for couple months now. Very good looking and spacious Microwave. We use it mainly for reheating items but it has so many cool features for cooking food to include being a convection oven. Only things it doesn't have that would be nice to have is a selection of different display backgrounds & light colors and a date option to go with the display clock.
