25.2 cu. ft. Built-In Side by Side Refrigerator in Stainless Steel

Defrosting my piece of junk Kitchenaid Refrigerator AGAIN. Usually every 3 months. I experimented with a Dehumidifier unit with the hope that eliminating moisture, that less ice would form. It captured over a pound of water a week, so I was hopeful. But I was WRONG ! Frosted over 2 weeks sooner than usual. Oh well...

All photos show pull out bins lit , they are not ! Great space , just poor lighting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed in May, 2020. It keeps food cold and has a more attractive and well-lit interior than the one we replaced. BUT, one of the crisper drawers was not installed correctly; it is mis-aligned. The ice-maker misses the ice bin occassionally,

The refrigerator came with loosen parts (left door handle and bottom panel) and right door swings wide open. Attempts to adjust the swinging door level and loosen door handle failed by a professional refrigerator repairman after service calls were made. Terrible refrigerator design and delivery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 18 year old builder's depth, side-by-side died a loud, painful death, and with very specific measurements, I was limited to 2 brands. Once my wonderful Builder's Appliance store came to measure officially, this was the only one that fit. Now that I've had it a month, every time I open it, with its beautiful lighting, superior designed shelving, quiet operation, and incredible ice production, I am so happy that this WAS "the one!" I look inside, and feel as though I have entered someone else's refrigerator. There is so much space, that my food left two empty shelves! Not only that, it looks so regal in the lighting! I almost don't want to touch it! It's a work of art! Simply beautiful! I love the separate paddles for water and ice, and I can finally slant a tall cup, and fill it, and see how many ounces I'm getting. I could go on, but let's leave something for your brochure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new Kitchen Aid refrigerator for a little over a month and I love it. The lighting inside is very bright and the shelves are glass and easy to clean . The ice maker is perfect and I don't miss my old Kitchen Aid as much as I thought I would.

It doesn’t cool, and keep reporting over temperature, repaired 4 times and replaced many parts, but each repair could only worked for a month, then broken again. kitchen Aid refuse to replace it, and I stuck with an expensive cabinet that taking space. Bad product and bad service.

I purchased this refrigerator in December 2020, and like others have reported here, the LED Lighting system is a disaster. I've have three replaced so far, and another one just went bad. I would hope kitchenaid would address this issue, clearly it's not an isolated issue..
