Looks decent, low profile under cap or helmet. Sizing is one size universal, and I think is rather on the smaller side.
Fabric is nice and seems somewhat breathable. I was testing to see if this was a good light duty liner that wouldn’t get too hot. I was fairly happy but the sizing is so small it was causing headaches with the tight elastic fitting.

I selected the Klein Tools Cooling Helmet Liner for a different purpose than for my safety helmet. My Klein safety helmet is what I use for my town’s CERT response team and it already has a nice comfortable head pad that is cooling - as well as adjustable side vents. What I really wanted this for was to give me a cooling/comfort layer for my bicycle helmet. I usually wear a tied cotton do-rag but this is much simpler and more comfortable. Great product.

Cooling Helmet Liner not only cools you up to 2 hours when wet. Also when dry it keeps my head and ears warm. Since I'm bald this also protects my head from the plastic inside the helmets. I often wear the Klein cooling helmet liner as a hat as again when wet it keeps my head cool while outside. Once wet this activates the helmet liner which cools up to 30 degrees below body temperature. It's made of a mesh fabric at the crown which increases airflow. The liner comes in one size which fits most heads as it stretches.

First thing I put on.
Been using these for about a year now. I have a few of them. I live in Texas so it gets hot and gross. These help keep my head cool but also keep my hair out of my eyes when I take off my hard hat to get in tight spaces. On really hot day I put it in my cooler water to keep cool.
