I was very disappointed because there is no remote control...
I was very disappointed because there is no remote control for a tree that cost me $484 I also purchased an 8 foot tree with lights $175 and it comes with a remote control this makes no sense I feel like returning yet and getting my money back

Tree looks great. Arrived on time and I’m good condition. Worth the price and is definitely an eye catcher. Only drawback was it was difficult to trace the line from the top to the bottom to ensure all lines were straight.

Very poor quality. I returned it several days after I received it. The light strands were connected to the base with a very flimsy elastic fabric. The fabric was only secured to the light strands by heat shrink wrap. Several of them came apart during my initial assembly and a don’t believe fabric wouldn’t have lasted the season. Very disappointing for a very expensive item.

The product broke twice during assembly. First, each strand terminates with an elastic loop. One of the elastic loops broke when putting it together. This will likely continue to be a problem since elastic tends not hold up to the outdoor elements. Second, another of the strands broke during assembly. The strands are held together with what looks like heat shrink plastic wrapping. One of the plastic wraps was not tight enough to hold the wire under tension. This was not repairable by me and I ended up returning the product for a refund.

Really cheaply made and NOT durable what so ever. Assembly is easy up until the individual strands of light. The unit worked for on night and burnt out, so it is completely a waste of money.

Had high hopes that this tree would save me time. For years I have been making my own for my yard...
Had high hopes that this tree would save me time. For years I have been making my own for my yard. Started to assemble and found one of the poles was missing the male threaded coupler. I found one in my electrical parts that would work. Then the lights were a tangled mess. It took me three hours to assemble. Turning on every thing works but you really only have two settings, steady and automated. I just don't think it's worth $380. next year I'll build my own again.
