Super clean dishes!
I love my new LG dishwasher. My dishes are super clean! I am especially fond of the Turbo Cycle, that provides extra power cleaning & the Express Cycle that's short & saves water & energy. I love to cook & I'm so glad I bought this LG dishwasher!

This is the first dishwasher we've had with the buttons...
This is the first dishwasher we've had with the buttons along the top of the door, so it takes a bit of getting used to. The original install, well, they didn't loop the drain hose properly and we had errors. We got that permanently fixed when we had the new counters installed. All in all, we're very pleased with the dishwasher.

Don't buy this
I would not recommend after 3 months of use.
Pros: Looks Nice outside, operation is quiet (minus draining)
Cons:
1. Dishes DO NOT DRY. Added rinse aid and extra dry option. Pools of water sit on dishes and water spots on everything.
2. Racks are poorly positioned and squeak a lot - very cheap sounding; third rack pointless
3. Control panel isn't smart, app is pointless, and delay feature is a pain in the neck
4. Draining is very loud
5. Dishes are not super clean (ex coffee rings still in mugs)

Best Dishwasher ever!
My husband and I had just bought a house and it came with a very old dishwasher that just wouldn’t work. When I was doing research I was really skeptical about this one since there were so many reviews about things being cracked or rust or whatever it maybe. I have to say I’ve owned this for 2 months now and it’s the best dish washer ever. I don’t really have to rinse my dishes it still get them clean. All the storage is great! You do hear it when it’s running but you can tune it out!

Buyer beware
Unit is subpar. We thought we were upgrading but intact it was a downgrade. The dishwasher all of a sudden shut itself off stating it had a leak. Trying to get help from LG customer service is a joke. The dishwasher was down for over a month and it finally started working again. Now the top area of the control panel is split down the middle and this washer isn’t even a year old. I will never buy LG again. Customer service is garbage…

New $1k Unit Leaks Heavily; LG Service Frustrating
Great at 1st, w/issues: doesn't clean cutlery well; bottom rack slips off runners, gets wedged. Worse still, after having it professionally installed it began LEAKING HEAVILY w/in 2 months. Plumber diagnosed it as an appliance issue. Called LG 2 weeks ago. Dealt w/automated system, live agents, text-based communication... STILL waiting for LG to set up a repair. LG says it could be 2 MORE weeks to schedule repair or POSSIBLY authorize replacement . Maybe should have bought a different brand. :-/

Build quality of top panel is not good
Having issue with build quality of top panel. I saw that in some reviews earlier but ignored thinking that could be one of cases. And it is not one of case. I started seeing cracks on top plastic panel within 2-3 months and of course nothing has hit the panel. And when we tried to raise the request to fix, we were told that it is cosmetic issue and not covered under warranty. This is really not good product, I think many facing tame issue with this product. It should be recalled and fixed. Otherwise don't see any issue with it, only other thing is that the shorter cycle doesn't dryup the dishes well. We have to use high temp and extra dry which takes 3 hours cycle.

Fabulous Dishwasher
This was one of the new kitchen appliances we purchased for our 32 year anniversary. This dishwasher does an awesome job cleaning and is so so quiet! I would highly recommend this for your next new dishwasher!

LG Warranty is a lie!
I purchased this dishwasher with a 10 year warranty on the motor. It is 3 years old. In the course of normal use, the motor failed to the point that it sent black smoke into my kitchen. LG has failed to honor the warranty by failing to find a service provider, refusing to send us repair parts, and refusing to replace or refund our unit. Due to our location they are telling us we’re out of luck, essentially our warranty is void. This should have been disclosed at purchase.
