Decent but Issue
The new refrigerator is nice but has an issue with the mullion, door flap. When opening the left door, the mullion flap does not open completely. This causes it to hit the right door when closing. I called with my issue, asking if they wanted to send someone out to see about fixing it. Home Depot and LG were nice enough, and replaced it with a new unit. I have my replacement delivered today, but it has the same issue as the original.

Very well made!
I love the bottom freezer compartment and optional ice make. It has plenty of room and spaces for everything. The lighting is so nice, I can see everything, no bending over. The stainless steel is lovely but does show prints so it needs cleaned more often. No changing temperature because it regulates it’s self. It’s a very nice refrigerator!

I bought this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago and so far so good. It’s a good product but I wish that at least one of the shelves could slide in and out to accommodate large items like a tall water pitcher.

French Doors for Cheap!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two months ago and I am loving the french doors up top. It was way cheaper than the other brands given the cubic footage (interior space) and french door style. It works great although I don't think it can wirelessly communicate with your phone . Interior organization is also good and it comes with an ice maker and tray (I don't use that though). Temperatures for both fridge and freezer are easy to set.

Bad compressor

LG warranty replaced the compressor in 2 days so is good for 5 years.

Lg Compressor class action lawsuit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ref on Oct 2019 and compressor went bad on 2023, luckily it's still under mfg warranty. The service came quickly to fix and replace the compressor. I heard lg compressor were not reliable. Hopefully I don't have to replace the refrigerator for another 5-6 yrs.
