damaged and junk
DO NOT BUY! FIRE HAZARD! Just got this today. Holes in box and bottom of the box was wet. Plugged it in and sparks and flames shot out the wall. Im disabled and 81 years old but Home Depot wont take this back unless I bring it to the store. So Home Depot is now selling hazardous items and wont let you return. DO NOT BUY! FIRE HAZARD! This is how it was left at my door as well.

It's a nice smaller size and works well in a small office. More quiet than our expectations which is fantastic (at least on low fan speed)! All parts were included and install was straight forward and easy.

Very impressed
After reading a lot of reviews I decided to take my chances and try it myself. To my surprised it’s has exceeded my expectations, blows very cold air and has worked very well.
Pros : Good price, has wheels, easy installation, and blows very cold air.
Cons: it’s very loud , hose is too wide .

I was hesitant to buy this because of all the reviews saying it leaks. So far, two weeks of use and it's all dry thankfully! But I didn't anticipate another issue entirely – the unit is VERY loud. I can't watch TV while it's on, but I just turn it on while I work and again before bed. However, for the price, it cools pretty well. Just wish it was a bit smaller and quieter.

Good for 2 Summers, now Bound for the Landfill
How many stars do you give a product that works well for 2 summers - then starts to have issues?
This unit worked well for 2 summers. At the end of last summer it started spraying water out of the top. Not mist. Not normal condensation. But bigger water droplets. The unit did not operate like that for the first 2 years of operation. 2 years of summer in CT, so, more like 8 months total operation.
LG Support tells me it's normal and not to worry. Normal was the first 2 rain free years of operation.

MOLD DAMAGE YOUR HOME AS A BONUS
these units are for temporary use as on like minutes a day, they make a complete negative pressure in your home so keep in mind the air that's being exhausted outdoors has to be replaced from somewhere, hot air from every hole and nook in your home will be pulled in and instantly be turned into condensation behind walls and trim, that makes mold. steer clear and save the trouble this unit caused my celing tiles to fall also from the pressure it was pulling behind the furred celing

Helps keep my upstairs cool
2022 has been the hottest summer I can remember, so I bought this to help keep my upstairs cool as I live in a split level house with 1 zone of HVAC. So far it has done a nice job of doing so. I like the wifi feature as you can control this day on your phone through the app. I am pleased with this product.

Complete design flaw, does not fit a 28 inch window, because of the way the plastic blocks the hose connector.
