Q:I would prefer grates to be stainless steel and not chrome-plated steel. Is it possible you ship with stainless steel grates?

Answer This Question

A: Best grill marks come from iron or cast iron trinagular instead of round. Stainless steel would be good but the round shape is not as condusive to good grill marks.

It’s beautiful and well built. Product is missing some details to make it better. It lacks the ability to add attachments or buy upgrades. Grill does not take full advantage of the cooking area. It could use a tray to put charcoal for easy cleaning. Also, could use a cover for when it rains. I adapted some from other units.
