The cameras included are not PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) cameras. You can add one to get this function.
Max Cat5e length is 100 meters (328 feet). This is a standard and should be good to go with this system as well.
Hello, The longest recommended run for Cat5e cables is about 300ft. You can extend the run longer by adding a PoE injector to boost power and video. You can use the zoom tool at the bottom of the playback menu. Thank you for considering LaView. -LaView Support
If you can connect to it via the network, then yes. There are some manual network config settings. So, if you can connect to the remote network where the NVR is, you should be good to go to use the web interface. Note, the web interface doesn't look as good as the HDMI connection to the monitor. I would suggest the person doing the install have advance networking knowledge as well.
