The Lakewood DIY shed kit by Sentry Buildings provides a large amount of space to store and organize your items or can be used as a workshop or a backyard getaway. The Lakewood features a large loft for additional storage, work area or sleeping loft. The loft is 12 ft. x 14 ft. with 6 ft. 1 in. of headroom and has a view to the first floor through an 8 ft. x 8 ft. opening. For customers wanting a cabin, man cave or she-shed the Lakewood is an excellent choice to make into a unique retreat. This DIY kit is designed for the homeowner who wishes to build for their individual needs. Building the kit yourself saves the cost of labor associated with hiring a contractor. 6 Windows are included for installation in the dormers and gable ends. First floor placement of windows and door are not pre-determined because they are not included. This allows the homeowner to purchase the quantity, size and type of windows and entryway of their choosing. During construction the homeowner will rough-in openings in the locations desired. Detailed instructions are included and provide guidance on a suggested layout for the first floor. Be creative and configure the first floor as you see fit. Check with your local permit authority before placing your order. Building is shipped directly to you via curbside delivery. Building is shown with included dormer and gable windows. First floor windows and door are not included. Floor is not included. Metal roof or shingles purchased by homeowner.
