Product Details

AS-210 is a clear 100% acrylic elastomeric roof primer and sealer of constant flexibility for crack resistance. This primer and sealer penetrates and waterproofs concrete to stop leaks thoroughly. The product also protects exposed architectural concrete, aggregate sidewalks and ornamental stone.
  • May be applied with roller, brush, squeegee or sprayer
  • Covers approximately 350 sq. ft. per gallon (1,750 sq. ft. per pail)
  • For previously coated roofs, concrete/masonry, metal, rubberized asphalt, rubberized mastic, trailers, RVs, and wood
  • Dry to touch: 30 minutes; Dry to recoat: 4 hours

A:  Hi Terry, the Lanco AS210 works very good on porous surfaces as wood, but it should be bare wood. Or you can sand it to make the wood porous.

        A:  Hi Jwww, no the Lanco AS-210 is not what you need to seal and repair your mobile home rook leaks, what we recommend is the Siliconizer Crack Filler and when it is completely dry in 24 hours, then apply two coats of the Lanco Coolguard or Lanco Ultra Siliconizer Roof Coating always waiting 24 hours of drying in between. Follow the prep instructions.

Worked Perfectly, All my roof leaks are fixed and I then Used Lanco White Seal Coating on entire metal roof and applied 2 coats. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
