The Sunbed arrived with a crack in the wood base. It says easy returns no problem. That's a LIE! ...
The Sunbed arrived with a crack in the wood base. It says easy returns no problem. That's a LIE! I took the bed to home depot. ( I'm disabled had to pay a neighbor to help) Since I don't own a smart phone (did not read where it said that I needed one in returns section), they told me they couldn't do anything for me! Told me I had to reload the bed and go to Office Depot to get a return label. I had other errands and didn't have time that day to do that! I will have to see if Office Depot is even open tomorrow. I don't know what they can do but this is my definition of TROUBLE! And yes I begged the manager! I'm not hauling this thing all over town! Now I might be stuck with it!

Difficult to Aasemble and Broken on Arrival
This product looked nice in the showroom. However, it was extremely difficult to assemble and one of the large, wooden legs was cracked. That said, the thought of having to disassemble it to return it wasn’t worth the aggravation. We’ll likely have to replace it in the spring.
