This is a 125 volt outlet I would have to say by the name you can’t use it as a 220v outlet you need to buy an outlet made for 220v.
You should use the weather resistant model. It is marked with WR on the face.
Typically a GFCI is not required by Code for such appliances. Also, typically each such appliance would have it's own dedicated circuit. The total receptacle is rated at 20 amps which requires a 20 amp circuit, at least 12 gauge supply wire with a maximum 20 amp breaker at the panel.
It is possible if it is properly installed as there are some extra steps like putting anti-oxident paste on the aluminum wiring. I would really not recommend this unit for aluminum wiring though. Copper is recommended.
