Q:We are installing this product on a concrete slab. We have been told that we will need to install a “vapor barrier” before any flooring. Is this true for this flooring & if so what is an approved “vapor barrier “ for this flooring? Thank you.

Q:Our floor has some light spots, don't know how to fix it but it's obviously. One came from dropping a citrus drink, we cleaned it up but it left the discoloration. Any thoughts on fixing it?

Bad flooring
I bought the expensive flooring waterproof after 1 years .started getting really bad gabs and separation . I spent more than 4k home depot or customer service no one wanna give me any help or discount or anything I really feel bad about this product

Great Product, Very Poor Delivery
I have installed this floorint in many rooms of my house, and I bought more of the same to continue the flooring replacement and I have been very happy with the product. However, it has some pit falls when it comes to even minor damage along the edges of the planks. Any defect in the locking edge will effect the installation and often times renders the plank unusable. In my most recent order, I had it delivered because it was not available in store and I am very disappointed in the condition of the product as delivered. I have two whole boxes of flooring where at least 2 of the edges have significant damage; rendering both boxes virtually unusable. Hopefully Home Depot will make this situation right and replace he boxes.

Junk! Don’t buy!!!
I have owned this flooring for about two years. It looked great in the beginning. Within two years I have chips in it all over my house. I have one tile that has completely cracked. There are spots where it is raised and those are chipping and cracked. Anywhere there has been a chair or a computer chair is scratched and the shine is worn off. I already had to replace one area and it doesn’t match. The company’s life proof guarantee is joke! A lot of wasted money!!!

Not as nice as you think
LVP flooring is very dull and flat finished and looks just awful with certain sunlight. In store samples don't paint the whole room picture. Sorry I got it and should have gotten Porcelain tiles that look like real wood and paid the extra labor costs for grouting. I wanted to avoid that so chose Lifeproof LVP. So unhappy with the dull, hazy just ugly finish look and feel. Hindsight always 20-20. I am going to live with it.

AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS
Got this flooring for my entire house in 2021. By 2022 I was having issues with the top layer of flooring separating from the bottom layer. I tried file a warranty claim w manufacturer. They denied stating that the contractor installed it incorrectly. They gave me several nonsense reasons noting like the baseboard were caulked etc but I explained I caulked them in when the floors failed making it uneven. Stay away horrible product.
