Applies easy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with Loctite PL Roof & Flashing Polyurethane. We had a new roof put on 6 years ago, and the roofers told us to make sure we kept up on maintenance with the flashings. My husband checks the roof every year and keeps things sealed. Loctite works fabulous. He applied it with a caulk gun for easier control. It was easy to apply, flexible, high quality and durable. It withstands the summer heat right now, and I have confidence it will be just as great in other elements. Loctite is also paintable, although, we did not need to do that, but it might be worth mentioning for those interested. I highly recommend this- and keep up on those flashings!

This was relatively easy to use. The sealant is extremely messy so wear gloves. It "glued" the shingles to each other sufficiently as far as I could determine. I would like to review again after hurricanes but there is no way to do that.

I needed something to seal a few roof vents, and this was recommended. So I tried it, and it worked great. I applied it over existing mastic, I know that's not recommended, but it worked. The trick is to cover the entire area, not just a spot. It's a bit hard to get out of the tube due to it's low viscosity, make sure it is warm before using. It is super tacky and immediately sticks to anything it touches, which makes it easy to apply. It spreads pretty well too, using a gloved finger it was easy to seal the vents. Got some on my fingers but it comes off easily with coconut oil or other vegetable oil. The tubes don't look like the picture, see my pic for the actual product label.
