Spout came off after 5 years
The swivel ball joint is rusted and does not hold the spout in place any longer. With a little water pressure the spout falls off immediately and the hose retracts in the faucet flooding the cabinet under the sink. How do I get a replacement for this lifetime-guarantee product? I called the warranty department and they scheduled a call back in 2 days' time! I have the hose part held in place with a rubber band to prevent it from retracting into the faucet pipe. How am I supposed to use the sink in the meantime? 2 days for a call back...

Handle fell off three years after purchase!
My in-laws said that Moen products will last you a lifetime. mine lasted all of three years! Very dissatisfied for the money I put into the purchase of this item. I was so excited to finally finish off my sink and faucet purchase, and never been more dissatisfied with a purchase such as this! Hard to recommend a product when it doesn’t last. So disheartened.

On the underside of the handle is where the set screw is located; a 3/32 allen/hex wrench is required to tighten/loosen the handle set screw. The faucet is beautiful and works great. The color is exactly as advertised. It feels substantial. The parts move smoothly and easily. The hose retracts easily without any jarring. There's nothing that I dislike about it.
I installed the faucet myself about 1 month ago. It was very easy to install. The hardest part of the installation process was removing the old faucet. Once the old one was removed I'd say it took me 30 min to an hour doing everything on my own.

Have owned Moen faucets for years and I am from North Olmstead Ohio. My father always told me buy Moen and you will never have to buy another, I purchased one for my bathroom sink and kitchen. I live in a 5th wheel and they fit perfact!!!
