Water sprays everywhere
I installed this unit and after all the hard work was done, I turned it on and it just sprays in every direction, making a complete mess all around the vanity top. I’m m not impressed and now with reading the reviews it’s clearly a problem and not worth $250. I figured I’d spend the big money on the Moen and now I’m just disappointed to have to make another journey due to manufacturing defects.

Splatters water all over UNTIL I DID THIS
Ok so I have had these faucets installed for about 6-7 months and they never really “ribboned” like I thought they would. After reading reviews and ideas on how to fix the splattering of water, I decided to try what others have suggested! I removed the washer from the aerator, that did not help. After being fustrated and disappionted I decided to make sure that there was nothing blocking the actually holes of where the water flows through. I poked a small screwdriver in each of the holes and reassembled the parts. Turned the water back on and turned the faucet handles.... expecting splatter but I got a perfect ribbon water flow!!! So happy, wanted to share so others can fix what I thought was gonna have to be lived with.

We went MOEN Genta throughout on our bathroom remodel - two faucets, roman tub filler and shower trim. They have very elegant design and solid construction. The only thing I wish they could fix is yes, they can splash if you turn them fully on. Maybe they can but a better aerator to fix that.
