Can it be installed over existing 2006 vintage vinyl flooring?
If old core expands when wet, must remove. Only the wear-surface is “Waterproof”; click-locks cannot stop water leaking between tiles or planks. Old particle cores lift new flooring if water leaks. Otherwise, smooth/level/seal the old, first.
If I?m putting this on wood subfloor that previously had tile on it, what if any prep or underlayment do I need to do/use?
