This hanging rack was exactly what I was looking for! It was easy to mount to the wall and is perfect for organizing mail and counter clutter. The quality exceeded my expectations. It has a rustic, galvanized look to it and is very sturdy.

Just average
Even though my rack was packaged pretty well and the box was labeled fragile it still arrived broken. The top right corner was not welded and the front piece was covering the screw hole. I just bent it over so I could attach to the wall. The bottom basket is crooked on the bottom and it didn't lay flush to the wall (I had to add another screw to the bottom part). A little disappointed in the workmanship but because I don't want to deal with a return I will keep it. Also this is definitely an antiqued bronze color - they need to correct the description. I was ok with the color and was aware ahead of time thanks to previous reviews.

More counter space!
Put this in my kitchen to hold papers and misc. maps, recipes, etc. It was brown, as another reviewer stated, but that was fine - works well w/my kitchen. Freed up much needed counter space, looks good, no assembly required - no screws came with rack, but we just put in a few mollies and it's fine. Goes well with our pipe and faucet coat rack.

Not light grey but still awesome
Love these baskets and they are well made. Definitely a good price for what it is (compared to cost of similar items). I took a star off because the description was wrong. They are definitely not light grey, they are a very dark bronze. I decided to keep them since they are obviously paintable and as mentioned above, a very reasonable price.

Files did not line up!! :-(
I was extremely disappointed with this product and Home Depot. I received it and it was the 2 files did not line up, so you could not get the rack to hang without looking crooked. Called customer service and let them know the files were unalined. They said they would make a special note to inspect the exchanged rack. I sent the one back and received the next one and it had the same problem. Really love the look and size, but the top and bottom file did not line up. :-(

Great price; wrong color.
The baskets are perfect for holding homework and mail in our "family command center."
They are definitely not grey however. I had imagined a matte, steely color to match my shelving; instead I received a bronze-y brown (which match the cabinets).

satisfied with purchase
Many of these reviews said that the item was actually brown and not grey, they are correct. I ended up buying spray paint and painting it black, not a big deal.
However, I do feel that Home Decorators should update their product description to properly state the color as brown. The brown is lovely but it just doesn't match with my decor and also - it ain't grey.
