          Easy Access Cure
The hardest part of installing this product was cutting the hole. It certainly solved the coil cleaning access issue.

Perfect for accessing ducts that need periodic cleaning.
The lower part of my AC evaporator assembly had no access panel or way to get in for cleaning and removing dirt that was causing the condensation tray to overflow and flood the floor. This panel was the perfect solution. The only issues are a lack of thorough specifications in the item description. The size listing is the exterior, not the size of the hole that you will be reaching through. So this one is "12 inch", because that is the measure across the outer frame and sealing surface, but the actual hole is about 11 inch square. They sell something like four different sizes of these access panel doors, so it takes a bit of guessing to find the right one to fit and allow enough space to reach through. There are no instructions to tell you exactly what size hole to cut, which turned out to be 11 inches and a very small fraction of an inch. That size is pretty important for good, tight fit. So it took cutting the hole a little undersized and working on it with a file and grinder to get the panel to slide in snug without being sloppy loose. The photos do not show very well, but this has no hinge. There are clasps or latches on opposite sides. So there is no need to plan space or clearance for the door to rotate open in a tight mechanical room. It lifts completely out. The sheet metal bends can be a little skewed around the frame and latches, don't be afraid to tweak them.

          Good price and easy installation
This product was very easy to install and allowed sufficient access to clean my evaporator. This price was excellent and I saved a substantial amount of money by finding this product and soon it myself.
