Asked by KingGarlicI July 31, 2018The first connection should be with wifi. Check and update versions and then you can connect Bluetooth. The connections both wifi and Bluetooth will be bas d on signal strength of your network but I can control mine from downstairs or upstairs. The techs are great if you have questions or help setting up or identifying device.

How much wiring if any is on the motor?
Asked by danl July 22, 2018There's about 12-14" of armored connecting the motor with the controller box. The controller box has a short (6") pigtail of stranded wire, and a punched-out hole for connecting hardware. There's a green ground screw that's only accessible if you open the controller box. Inside the controller box, there's a screw terminal connector for the hot and return wires; I removed the pigtail and installed 12-gauge solid wire into the screw terminals with no difficulty.
What is the Model Number of Humidistat/Thermostat? Is it a separate manually controllable unit......
Asked by Tyger August 10, 2018I don't see anything you can use to manually set the thermostat/humidistat. There is a small box wired to the motor. The control box contains some wiring and circuitry, and likely the thermostat/humidistat. However, you can't manually adjust the settings and are required to use the mobile app for setting those.

When will blue tooth be available ??
Asked by Jnch June 17, 2018I bought one of these recently and Bluetooth works great. You have to connect via Wi-Fi the first time so that the firmware can be updated. After that though you can select either option to connect.
