Assembly of the legs was a little challenging since they do not provide words in the instructions...
Assembly of the legs was a little challenging since they do not provide words in the instructions, only pictures. Once assembled, it works like a charm. Requires a lot of elbow grease to clean but the food is worth it. First thing I smoked was brisket. I researched many smokers - for price and features, this one is a good deal for beginning smokers like me. I can't complain about this smoker.

get this one!!!
This is my third masterbuit electric smoker and ive loved them all but this one is far better than the other two. The legs make all the differance and the bluetooth that connects to a app makes it amaziing. I can watch it all on my phone in the house. Great Eats! Thank you masterbuilt and thankyou homedepot for carrying this product

The smoker itself is great. Easy to assemble, easy to set and use. ONLY issue I have is the Blue...
The smoker itself is great. Easy to assemble, easy to set and use. ONLY issue I have is the Bluetooth connectivity and the app itself. The app needs a lot of work..... On my phone (Samsung Note 8 with latest OS) the app won't open up completely so I can have access to the timers... All I can see is the current temp inside the smoker and the remaining time, even then it's a bit "flaky" and doesn't like to stay connected even when within 20 feet or so of the smoker. So in a nutshell, the Smoker is great - Five Stars for the smoker. The app is not - Zero stars on the app..... Overall a 4 star rating...

Very pleased with the Masterbuilt Pro. Brought it home from the Depot fully assembled and smoked Cornish Game Hens for my first project. They turned out totally fantastic and very juicy. My next project was an 8lb. brisket. Smoked it for a 8 hour period and while it did turn out tender, I think I could've maybe have gone another hour to make it that fall apart tender when you pull it apart. All in all it is a terrific product and does a superior job. I have already sang its praises to my friends and would highly recommend it. HATS OFF TO MASTERBUILT.

We named ours R2D2. We cooked a turkey, a ham and a pork loin so far and all have turned out awe...
We named ours R2D2. We cooked a turkey, a ham and a pork loin so far and all have turned out awesome. Very easy to use and its a plus to be able to monitor the internal temp on your smart phone. Cleans up really nice as well.

WOW....i'm in love with smoking meats......used for the first time the other night....smoked 2 full 6-7 pound chickens........roughly 2 hours at 275......perfectly browned and beautiful and the most amazing smoke flavor and probably the juiciest meat i've ever tasted......this is the perfect addition to amazing perfectly cooked food!!!

The smoker appears to be well built, and is incredibly well insulated! You can put your hand on the top when it is at Max temp. However, you can't trust it or leave it alone. Every time I have used it (3), it goes crazy at some point during the smoking and loses its programming. The display starts going crazy, and the temperature goes to the max. Need to turn off and on and reset. The bluetooth app is horrible. It works once and only once. Every time I use the smoker I need to uninstall and reinstall it. I am not at all satisfied with this and may return it.
