Reduced our A/C Use!
My husband installed the fan and it's been working great. We got the smallest fan and set the thermostat on the fan to 85 degrees, so that when the attic gets that hot it goes on. Our A/C doesn't run as much. And this week the temps have been in the 90's here in Tooele, Utah. The only negative is that my husband can hear it running, but it's not loud. I rarely notice it. Writing this for my husband, Lloyd.

OMG
Installed and clean up in 1hour and 30 minutes. My was installed in the attic of my garage and it made my garage ooh so cool. Nice and comfortable for my man-cave. Very quiet.

Good deal.
The ventilator is very easy to install, and works just as advertised. Runs quiet and does an excellent job of cooling my greenhouse. An adjustable thermostat turns it on and off.

Bearings burned up bearings
Item installed in late Aug of 2022. One month of use in 2022. Fan was used in June and July of 2023. Aug 23, 2023 a loud noise started. It was found the bearings were burned up already. The fan was disconnected and had to replace.

A Great attic fan
Great product! This was a replacement for a similar product that's been on our house for 25+ years. The previous model worked really well at venting the attic and keeping the summertime temps down. I like that this model has moved to metal flashing and dome, the previous one was plastic and gradually got brittle. Installation is simple and easily a DIY.

New Purchase
We had to change product we were using for years. Found this on-line and ordered (6) for our stock. Came shipped in great packaging. Product appears well made and able to stand up to weather.
