MS International Mediterranean Walnut 16 in. x 16 in. Tumbled Travertine Pavers are natural stone that add timeless Tuscan beauty into your patio or walkway. Ideal for indoor or outdoor applications, these natural stone pavers are durable and have various shades of tan that create a subtle visual interest. With a tumbled finish, the tile provides a rustic aged look that blends with the surroundings to create a perfect setting. Note: Inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer. After installation, vendor disclaims any liabilities.

I love the tiles themselves, but I'm disappointed because 7 tiles in one pallet were broken when they arrived. I inspected the tiles on arrival - the delivery guy (a really nice chap, I must say) and I looked at the 5 pallets I had ordered. One pallet looked like it had two slightly broken tiles, one on the top and one at the bottom. Since I had ordered a few more than I really needed, I accepted delivery. After many rainy days in upstate New York, there was finally one weekend when weather allowed me to work on the patio and I began unpacking the tiles. It was so disappointing to see tile after tile being broken and concealed (the broken parts were on the inner side that could be seen when examining the package). What bothered me most is that it looked like someone tried to hide the fact that the tiles were broken when packing them. That is definitely NOT nice. It is one thing for them to get broken in transport, but sending in broken stuff is just very poor behavior. I called Home Depot and they said they'll send in the replacement, but I've not heard back for two weeks! Thankfully, I had just enough to finish my project and it looks good (I think). So, in the end, if you're looking for very expensive crushed rock then this is what you'd want to order.

We love this tile! We used it outside to tile over our concrete slab. I was looking for something that wouldn't be too smooth and would have a more natural look - and this did just that! The tile isn't slippery when wet and the texture definitely looks nice outside - not like we put a kitchen floor outside. We used the grout recommended in an earlier post - linen by Pro Fusion and it's perfect. I didn't install - we had installers, but I didn't hear any complaints about the tile being difficult to work with. We covered 700 sq. ft. The color is lighter than in the photo above and when we initially pulled out a few sample titles we thought it was too light, but then with more tiles and the color variation across individual tiles it ended up looking perfect. I would recommend ship to home - we shipped to store and it was more complicated to get home.

Gorgeous Stone
I removed the old tile in my foyer and installed approximately 140 square feet of travertine. Like the other reviews mentioned this stone is very fragile when handling so you have to be very gentle with it. Do not walk on it when doing a dry fit layout. I accidentally broke about 5 percent of my order. Overall, I am very pleased with the natural beauty of the stone and the pattern. However, it was very time consuming installing the medallion. I used the linen color grout by Fusion Pro which accents the tile perfectly. Plus the grout I used never needs to be sealed and is stain resistant. I recommend sealing the tile before grouting to avoid staining it.

The floor looks amazing
I did not install the floor. I was really apprehensive because i was not sure that there was enough people with the experience required to install Travertine floors. I had read a lot about stories where people had issues with leveling and also different sizes. Either my installer was really good or the tiles were perfect size. There was no issues reported and about 300 SF was laid in a day and half.

Great Product.
Great product but you have to have patience. I installed it myself so it took a long time because I really only had the weekends to work on it. The colors matched great. I did a total of 400 square feet

Beautiful tile
Tile is beautiful but be very careful handling it as it breaks easily. The "edge" looks very natural when you grout. Keep in mind this edge will give you a wider grout line. We used 1/8" spacers and ended up with up to 1" gap in some places. I would recommend laying the tile right next to each other without spacers. The edge allows for variance so don't worry if it doesn't match up perfectly. Also, because of the variation of color, choose a grout that matches the overall look. I picked a few tiles and matched the grout based on those tiles...I wish I would have gone darker because the overall tile color is darker. The tile pattern can be changed and still look amazing. It was a little bit like a puzzle but in the end, looks high end. Hope these tips help.

Was NOT as pictured. Delivered 2 weeks late. After installation customer did not like various and numerous colors. Had to tear out entire floor. Now I'm out $731.00 for tile, and $1500 for prep and installation. Never again buying anything from Home Depot.
