What does the P2 mean? My unit ran for 24 hrs and then shut off and I can’t get it back to work. It collected about 1/4 of the water in the bucket but I cannot get the machine to work again. It turns on but the fan does not come back on.

Can you fully disable the wifi/bluetooth signal by unplugging a physical component on the machine / manual setting? Others have asked about disabling these signals I see, but the question was not answered, simply replied that you do not have to use it.

I actually bought one of these. If you pry open the front panel, you can find a USB cord attached to a "Smart Kit" usb wireless dongle. If you unplug the wireless dongle, the dehumidifier still functions. I verified no RF with Safe&SoundPro 2.
I pried open the front panel. There is a USB wireless receiver. After unplugging it, I could not detect any RF transmission with my Safe & Sound Pro 2 meter, and the dehumidifier still works.
Just my opinion, but since all the questions about disabling the wi-fi avoid a direct answer and pivot to sting you can use this without wi-fi I would take that to imply that you can not disable the wi-fi signal altogether.
Will this be effective in drier climates? I want to reduce the humidity inside my home from 40% to 30% when the temp inside is around 85 deg F. My home begins to feel muggy on summer afternoons before I can open up the windows in the evening.
