          Pilot Bit Not Centered
The pilot bit on this arbor is NOT centered, resulting in at least 1/16" oscillation as you drill a hole - impossible to control it. I used it with two different sized, new Milwaukee "Hole Dozer" hole saws (2-1/4" and 2-3/8") in 26 gauge steel. This is a poorly made arbor - it is not suitable for work that requires accurate holes.

Solid as usual. Have a 30 + Year old power saw that still runs great.

You need to use this if you have the 5 1/4” hole saw. But it’s too big for a 3/8 drill, so be prepared.

I use this in tandem with a 6 3/8" carbide grit hole saw to cut in can lights in old plaster ceilings, the carbide tip has kept the arbor sharp and I'm very happy with it.
