About This Product

The Milwaukee M18 FUEL 18ga Brad Nailer delivers peak productivity at the jobsite, providing users with unmatched nailing performance without the hassle of a compressor and hose. Leveraging a nitrogen air spring mechanism, the finish nailer enables users to consistently sink nails to the proper depth in hard and soft woods while leaving clean nail holes matching the head of the nail. The combination of Milwaukee's POWERSTATE Brushless Motor and REDLINK PLUS Intelligence delivers users with unmatched fire rate with zero ramp-up time keeping them efficient throughout their day. Additionally, the cordless brad nailer operates using Milwaukee's REDLITHIUM Batteries (1 Battery and Charger Included) and sealed compressed nitrogen to drive each nail, completely eliminating the cost of gas cartridges and maintenance associated with competitors' nailers. used brad nailer
This isnt a tool review. It is venting frustration with Home Depot I picked up this milwaukee brad nailer from the HD near 35 and woodward. It had clearly been used. Scuff marks and paint spray all over it. I have to waste more of my time going back to swap it out.

            Jams constantly
I've cleaned it countless times and it still jams every third nail. Complete waste of money.

              Good little cordless nailer
Ive been running this gun pretty hard for almost a year now. As a trim carpenter this makes smaller jobs or installing shoe on punch out really handy. I love how it doesnt have the wind up like other cordless nailers have. On bump fire it will keep up just fine. The only issues I have with it is sometimes it has a hard time fully setting nails. The bulkiness of the gun makes firing into corners a little difficult, and the tips wear out pretty fast. But for me thats worth it for the convenience

Heavy duty tape measure. Has lifetime warranty. Always a positive. ?. Nice strong retracting spring.
                  Mikita vs Milwaukee battery sander
My palm sander is the only tool in my arsenal that isn’t Milwaukee M18. I really want to like the M18 sander but the ergonomics, weight, battery life and dust collection just don’t measure up to the Makita 18v LXT. My Makita handles a full day of work on one battery. The location of the on/off and speed control on the Makita LXT are vastly better than the Milwaukee. I don’t want my hands shrouding over control buttons when I’m working. I also prefer the additional weight on Makita for control.

I have done a few projects with these items and they came out really good
The new sander and table saw work so good . I cant say much about the employee's that work at my home depot. This not being able to find someone is a joke.

                    Do Not Buy
I’m a huge Milwaukee fan, but they didn’t get it right on this one. The brake on this tool fails after a couple of uses. Now it is only a $4 fix but annoying that it needs to be done. I’ve had this sander for a little over a year and have had to do it 3x already. If you plan on using it more than once or twice a month I’d buy a different model/brand. I’ve posted a couple pics of the brake and internal of sander as well as my tool collection just so this isn’t considered a “troll” review .

                      Efficient tool, cheap tip
Tool works well in both modes and adjusting the depth is quick and easy but destroyed the ripper tip before finishing the first box of brads. Now have to be extra careful not to damage trim while installing.
