The MILWAUKEE® TRAPSNAKE™ 6 ft. Toilet Auger offers a breakthrough in protection, ease of use, and durability over every toilet auger that exists today. Milwaukee® toilet auger features several industry-firsts, including a fixed rubber boot for maximum porcelain protection, an integrated locking mechanism that holds the cable in place for easy telescoping extension, and replaceable cables to maximize the longevity of the tool. As part of the MILWAUKEE® TRAPSNAKE™ Porcelain Auger System, users can attach MILWAUKEE® TRAPSNAKE™ 6 ft. Toilet Auger to MILWAUKEE® M12™ TRAPSNAKE™ Driver, the first powered unit optimized for the challenges of porcelain fixtures. This Milwaukee® toilet snake delivers power and speed to work through tough clogs in tight traps but has optimized electronics that protect the fixture from the auger and allow the user to feel when engaged with a blockage.

This auger does not have a drop head or a bulb head. It has a fixed rubber boot designed to protect porcelain fixtures.
Hi Chris- This drain snake is ideal for toilets and floor traps.
You may be able to make it work, but I’d suggest a more traditional snake. The J bend in the end of this tool is really best suited for toilets.
I would call the people that delivered it installed it and accepted your payment with a smile. When you call them back tell them it's OK, because I need a new one because Itsbroken. No matter where you go, there you are. Good luck.
Maybe the extension isn't seated in the rod?
The toilet snake does not use batteries
As part of the TRAPSNAKE Porcelain Auger System, users can attach the TRAPSNAKE 6 ft. Toilet Auger to the M12 Trap Snake Driver, the first powered unit optimized for the challenges of porcelain fixtures.
The handle is removable and you can use a impact driver to operate the snake. For what it’s worth I think the handle does fine without needing a power tool
A standard drill with the right attachment will work
Handle just snaps in, looks like you might be able to use a bit and low powered drill if needed instead of handle.
There’s a quick release at the end
It didn’t work at all!! Snake couldn’t move toilet line!!
