3 bottles in a row depressurized about halfway through each can leaving well over half of the sealant left inside without any way to spray it on. Could have been a bad batch or any number of scenarios that would lead to that but not our best first impression.

I liked the product, spray nozzle was horrible
I think this is a great product, but it was a struggle to get it on, which I finally did on two showers. The nozzle was hard to press and the spray would vary from a stream to a dribble. This was about a year ago. Maybe problem has been fixed.

It didn't seal the Grout in my shower. It was a maintenance seal so it shouldn't have taken multiple coats. Maybe if I used multiple coats it would have worked. I recruit and bought the traditional 511 and it worked in one coat as expected on a maintenance sealing. It also is not a thin spray nozzle so there is no way to prevent/minimize it from spraying on the tile while applying.

That was not the intention. The Rust-Oleum Miracle Sealants Spray-on Grout Sealer will not harm the surrounding tile at all. Please keep in mind that a second application may be required depending on the porosity of the grout. A simple test can be conducted after the first application has dried for at least 2 hours by applying water droplets to a section of grout and seeing if the water absorbs (darkens). If so, a second application is required. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 5

clogging sprayer
Do not buy this. After about 50 sq ft the arrayed clogged and there is no way to clear it. The sprayer mechanism is a piece of junk.

I purchased this product for the ease of use. And it is VERY easy to use. What the directions DO NOT tell you is about adjoining surfaces. My tub is a different surface, apparently, from my tile. I followed all of the directions--which I documented--including wiping up my tub from the run off. Two days later, my tub looked like a crime scene. Dried brown stains appeared in the exactly places where the product ran off. Rust-o-leum, the parent company, recommended another of their products to clean, which would have stripped the surface off my tub. Needless to say, I did not go with this option. Now, my tile looks great, but that is of no importance since my tub has to be ripped out to be replaced. Rust-o-leum's answer--sorry! We will refund your $9. Terrible product.
