        Doubt the durability
I bought this because it said it was stainless steel. I'm not sure what type of stainless steel they use, but it is magnetic and so I doubt it is of a high quality. I live on the coast and things rushed here sitting in your garage, so I'm curious to see how it will hold up. I do like the rubber feet on it so it doesn't slip. I'll come back after a few uses and update.

          Quality and design are lacking
This grill was easy to assemble and is the perfect size. But that is where the goodness ends. The design is flawed and 10 uses later it's going in the trash because it's unusable. The temp knobs are internally made of plastic and 2 uses in the popped off the springs and sat at a crooked angle. 10 uses in and they don't grip the adjustment metal piece at all. I can't light it manually but I can't adjust the gas at all.

Easily converted this with a boat mounting bracket and it’s great for grilling on the boat. Flame broiler steaks were awesome!

This is a pretty decent grill. Its actual cooking function is just as expected. It exceeds expectations though in how easy it is to take around. The lid quickly latches down on two sides and the lid handle doubles as a carrying handle to make it like a stainless steel briefcase. The gas line has a clip to hang it on the back when not in use and you can keep the drip tray, burner covers, and grill in place during transport. This grill is great for camping, tailgating, boating or even in the back yard. Nice little unit.

A few years ago I got tired of having to dispose of large grills once they ended their life. I’ve gone through many over time. And since it is just me and my wife most of the time I decided to go with putting out a stainless steel table and sitting a small portable grill on it. It’s a setup that has served me well. While the grill I have still works it is starting to show some age so I started looking for a replacement. This one is just a little more than the Nexgrill I bought from HD a few years ago on sale. I like this one more for several reasons (1) I like the feet because they are rubber and thus grip the table well and do not make the grill stand up overly tall unlike the metal folding legs on the Nexgrill (2) This one has a temperature gauge in the lid while the other does not. (3) This one came with a hose that allows connection to a full size propane tank instead of the disposable bottles while I had to buy that extra for the Nexgrill if I recall correctly. (4) The cooking surface is a little bigger (5) and last but not least the burner shields are bigger so this one does not flame up anywhere near as much as the other which makes it easier and less hassle to cook with. We had some steaks cook on it just today and they came out perfect and were evenly cooked a nice medium so the heat was even. Both grills heat up extremely quickly compared to a large grill. I’d say easily 5 minutes or less after fire up you are ready to cook. That’s typical with a small grill like this in my experience. That is an advantage over a large grill. Another advantage is the only assembly is screwing on the 4 rubber feet. In minutes from unboxing you are grilling.

This Monument Portable Grill is perfect for a camp out, tailgating or even on the boat. The compact grill which can be easily carried and be put on any stable surface. It comes with a thermometer which is very clear and easy to read. All you need is to click the lighter button and the grill is fired up and ready to cook.. The 207 sq. In. grilling area has two independently controlled burners provided, which helps to cook a varied variety of foods at the same time. Made from high-quality stainless steel, it is A super durable portable grill. The removable grates and the grease catcher below the burners makes clean up a snap. I only wish it came with a good carrying case or bag. It comes with a propane tank connector.

This is a fine portable gas grill. I appreciate the grease tray is easy to remove and clean, but yet still takes a deliberate effort to remove it. I like the weight, as it is easy to transport using only one arm which leaves the other to carry a propane bottle. The only problem I have with this grill is taht the legs do not raise it far enough off the surface to allow for heat dissaipation. Whicjh means that if you have a plastic covering on your surface it might melt. It also means that if the suface of the table top is combustiblle, you will have to be extra careful not to burn the surface. Nonetheless, this will be in my camper for the upcoming trip next week. I am looking forward to many delicious meals cooked on this grill!

All stainless steel and relatively portable at about 20 pounds. Looks very nice and well made. Honestly it took me longer to take it out of the box(s) than to assemble it. By assemble that is; install 4 rubber feet with a Philips screwdriver, slide in the SS drip tray, drop in a pair of flame spreaders and put the cooking grill on it. The gas hose was pre-attached to the manifold (the burners, igniters, knobs also pre-installed) is about 3 1/2 feet long with the regulator on the end to attach to your propane tank. I plan to use a 20 pound tank for home use (based on cost / refillability and capacity) and use 1 pound refillable tanks for park / tailgate / remote locations with an appropriate adapter. I can refill the 1 pound tank(s) from the 20 pound tank, and they are a lot lighter, and I avoid the questionable park grill! A gallon of propane is about 4.2 pounds and my local cost is $3.29 / gallon. So it will be less than $1 to refill the 1 pound DOT approved portable tank. HD has the parts if you want them; refill kit with a tank, an extra 1 pound tank and adapter about $60. This will also save me from recycling 20 Coleman cans a year. The lid has temperature gauge built in and a pair of latches to keep it closed and secure when not in use or in transit. In use the lid opens over center to stay open with no linkages or other parts. The handle to open the lid is very sturdy and I'd probably use this to tote it around. Both burners have piezo igniters. Make sure the lid is fully open before lighting it. Open, turn the knob counterclockwise slowly and it will light on the highest setting. Repeat with the second burner if needed. This grill is rated at about 16000 BTU (both burners on high), at this setting it will use about 1 pound of propane per hour. I'd let it run with both burners on high for 30 minutes the first time to burn off manufacturing lubricants; then clean the cooking surfaces well. The cooking grill and flame spreaders easily fit in the dishwasher.

            Excellent quality
These grills are made with excellent quality. However, the burners are too close tmo the grill which makes them too hot.
