Designed with all the conveniences for a customized coffee experience, this Mr. Coffee 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker with Delay Brew and Brew Strength Selector automatically brews coffee for you, how you like it, when you want it. Freshness Timer tracks just how long your coffee has been ready and waiting. It's also equipped with a Grab-A-Cup Auto Pause feature that allows you to stop the brewing cycle to pour a-cup, and then continue brewing until complete. Good-looking, but warming plate cracked
It is 05-28-20. I bought this coffeemaker on 05-16-20 and absolutely loved it. Today, however, I noticed that the lid is warped and the warming plate is cracked! I am so disappointed. The store, because of the COVID-19 virus, won't take returns or exchanges right now. This is our only coffeemaker and my husband needs a coffee before he goes to work. I need help from Mr. Coffee!

    easy to use , makes fine coffee..
    i purchased this maker a few months ago. finally opened the box to use. it makes great coffee. but....the water pump puts out too much water when making. it. it floods the inside where the grounds are...all the way to the top of paper and beyond. i have to turn it off so the grounds are not in the carafe. then back on again. it fills too fast. this is my second model of this type. the first aged gracefully and was happy with it. - but this one? (i need to turn off half way) - then on again.

    Thank you for taking time to submit a review! We are sorry to hear this. If the brew basket is overflowing, it could be caused by the following: 1. Are you using soft water and decaf coffee? 2. When was last time the coffee maker was cleaned? We recommend cleaning after 40 brews of hard water (every three weeks if used 2 times a day) and after 80 brews of soft water (every 6 weeks if used 2 times a day). 3. Please clean with vinegar using the instructions in the manual. 4. The brew basket may be damaged. Check the piece under the basket to ensure it is intact. 5. Too many filters may have been used. We recommend using one filter. 6. Finely ground coffee (all method brew coffee) may be too fine. We recommend using standard ground drip coffee. 7. Filter basket not properly inserted into a unit or has fallen in on the side. To prevent this, dampen the top edge so that the filter sticks to the side, or use a permanent filter. 8.       Cheap pot
      I have only had this for 3 weeks and the carafe broke/cracked by where the handle attaches at the top rim. I was holding the handle and wiping the outside of the empty carafe and it broke!

        Disappointed
        Just purchased the FLX Series and unfortunately the shower head and tube is missing. I didn't want to go through the hastle of returning it so it's stored in the closet.

          Warping Brew Basket Lid
          Bought at Target yesterday. Ran initial clean brew, per instructions. Brew basket lid is ridiculously warped. Serves us right, you get what you pay for. Returning immediately for another brand.

            Not Impressed
            I wish I had read the reviews of this product here before purchasing. I, too, just bought mine and after cleaning the machine, have a warped lid. I can't get the basket to sit firmly inside the machine either if the carafe beneath it is in place. I can't believe I have to return this coffee maker already.

              Too hard to read clock
              Purchased yesterday and returning today. I use the programmable time feature daily and am unable to read the clock settings due to no back lighting.

                Terrible- They are selling faulty machines!
                [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first coffee pot we ever bought as a married couple lasted 8 years and it was a Mr. Coffee. After it had been through almost constant and daily use it was time to get a new one. We replaced it with another Mr. Coffee machine but it stopped brewing with in the first few months of being purchased. So, I reached out to the company and they sent me this model as a replacement. With in a few weeks this model ALSO stopped brewing. I am going on OUR THIRD replacement model of Mr. Coffee makers in less than 6 months. I believe they are selling faulty models and they know it! Side note: it's not a water issue either because we have both a sediment filter and a UV whole house filter. We also live in an area with several natural springs and we have AMAZING water!

                  don't waste your money
                  I bought this coffee maker on 10/27/2019. It broke in April 2020, so Mr. Coffee sent me a new coffee maker. I used it twice before it broke again. Coffee won't brew, green light comes on when pushed to brew coffee but no water goes through to make the coffee. After about a minute or less, it beeps coffee is done but no coffee was brewed.

We would like to ask you if when was the last time you did run a cleaning cycle into it? If it wasn't cleaned with vinegar solution recently, we recommend having it cleaned. Additionally, please try to perform the troubleshooting technique below. Make sure the unit has already been rested for 5-10 minutes before doing this. 1. Plug the unit into the wall outlet then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. 2. Afterward, unplug the product. Give it 2 minutes before plugging it back in. 3. Plug it in again and hit brew. Make sure there is enough water in the water reservoir. If troubleshooting techniques won't work, we'd like to turn this experience around for you.                     TERRIBLE MODEL
                    I HAVE ALWAYS USED MR. COFFEE'S. THIS MODEL HAS GOT TO BE THE WORSE MODEL EVER SOLD. IT NOT ONLY MAKES WEAK COFFEE BUT IT LEAKS COFFEE/WATER NEARLY EVERY TIME YOU REMOVE THE POT.
