The Omni-Directional burner keeps the cold from sticking around, with 180° of coverage. With the heaters Life Safety System you won't sweat too much knowing the oxygen depletion sensor, thermal shut-down system, and tip-over switch are keeping you safe. Other features include an optimized wind barrier and pilot guard, which lets the burner take any blows the wind may give. But it's not just a heater. A: Yes. BUT you have can't use in a tightly sealed area. It has to have air flow. If using in small area, crack door or window a tiny bit.

A: Yes and no. It has tip-over protection and protective grating. These help prevent fire hazards. However, it burns propane, so where you use it must be ventilated to keep a supply of fresh air.

The capability of this particular heater body is far beyond others it has extra attachment that it gives you the ability to cook on as well it is worth the money and I use it every day especially during this time of this season when it is winner

I do recommend this as a safety precaution for anybody that works outdoors it has protected me in so far in a lot of bad situations and now that I use it to warm my body up it also has the capability of cooking on as well with the extra attachment attachment.

Super fast heat at the turn of a knob

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little heater really packs a wallop. Once you connect your propane tank it is extremely easy to light and use. It warms up really quickly and radiates everywhere. It’s lightweight so it's easy to carry around and maneuver in and out of your vehicle. There is a little storage space which I can store some gloves or a mask but that is about it. The storage space is pretty tight. The only drawback is that if you use it indoors you will set off your fire alarms rather quickly.

Awesome little heater!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buddy Flex was easy to assemble and easy to use. It puts out a ton of heat and looks to be very sturdy and well built. The handle is comfortable and it has some useful storage areas. This heater is great for any cold-weather outdoor activity. We will get good use out of it in the deer stand.
