So versatile!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Ninja Food a couple weeks ago. The one thing that I like about it is that it's multi functional. I can use it as a pressure cooker, slow cooker, roaster, and even an air fryer!!! The machine is a bit heavy so be sure to find a nice spot to place it for easy use. The instructions were easy to follow and I love that it also comes with a recipe book so that you can practice using the different functions. Comes with a roaster/steamer rack, air fry basket, pressure cooker lid, and cooking pot. I've kept it pretty simple with the foods I've cooked so far like homemade french fries and air fried chicken wings. Looking forward to making more meals for my family.

Large capacity and takes time to learn
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this is a big and massive kitchen appliance. It’s an all in one device that really can do just about anything. I can get rid of previous machines I was using and consolidate into one. This allows me to pressure cook for 70% faster cooking which is great when I pull out frozen protein. The air fryer crisper is versatile and functional and gets used daily within my home for French fries, nuggets, tater tots. We also like the tender crisp function as it seals in the juices but then crisps up the outside which is great for making a whole chicken. Overall I like the large size and how much food it can hold. It’s big so ensure you have the space to accommodate this. The Foodi can cook up to 400°F and can hold a capacity of 6.5 quarts of food. Comes with a crisping basket, pressure lid, and reversible rack. The included checkbook is useful for some ideas and tips on making the most of your Foodi. Overall a great machine. I just wish this particular unit had a DEYDRATE button to make it as versatile as the Foodi I have seen at the retail stores nearby. Easy to use and saves time cooking. Great for most families in my opinion.

        Ninja Foodi
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had always wanted to try one of these cookers that can do a variety of things. Ii have tried french fries and chicken wings so far, they have turned out fantastic. I am still learning how to cook other foods with all the different options and functions. This unit is fairly heavy and big! This has very good directions and images to help. I am sure with the winter months I will get tons of use out of this. It cleans up nicely, I do my dishes by hand and dry.

Great fries without the oil. The ninja foodie 1400 surpassed my expectations. Clean up is a breeze, and that was a major concern. It does have s little bigger footprint than I thought, but I can live with that. Haven’t tried steaming features yet but I’d buy it again just for the air fryer.

Save countertop space with the Ninja Foodi by getting rid of three appliances. The Ninja Foodi combines pressure cooking, slow cooking and air frying/crisping in one functional device. This model includes a reversible rack, cook & crisp basket, detachable diffuser, 6.5 quart pot and pressure cooking lid as accessories. The main unit contains the control system and the crisping lid. We had a lower priced pressure cooker and struggled with it because many online recipes referred to functions it did not support. The Ninja Foodi is a huge step forward. It supports everything we have seen referenced online plus has the added functionality of the air frying and slow cooking. Pressure cooking has been a joy to work with. The condensation collector is well designed and durable unlike our previous model which broke after two uses. Be prepared for this unit to be heavy. The built in crisping/air frying system adds some weight to the unit and it is not removable. When you want to pressure cook you leave the crisper lid in the upright position and then you attach the removable pressure cooking lid. We have had some minor difficulty aligning the pressure cooking lid to the base unit but I think in time it will become easier. The control panel features dedicated buttons for the following functions: temp up/down, time up/down, pressure, steam, slow cook, sear/sauté, air crisp, roast, broil, deyhydrate, keep warm, start/stop and on/off. Keep warm is a nice feature. After certain functions (pressure, steam or slow cook), the unit automatically switches to keep warm mode with a count up timer for up to 12 hours. Cleaning is fairly simple. Most of the accessories, including the pot and silicone ring, can go into the dishwasher. The pressure lid needs hand washing with soap and water. The base and control panel need a damp cloth wipe down. I really appreciated the cooking cheat sheet and the recipe book that included 45 recipes. They make it easy to get started for first time users and help one become familiar with how the appliance operates.

The All-In-One Winner of the Pressure Cookers
We have many kitchen appliances that are being replaced by this single Ninja Foodi cooker. Our rice cooker has been replaced along with a standard pressure cooker that got obsoleted by the Instant Pot which itself is now obsolete. The Air Fryer is also going, and as soon as we get the dehydrator racks, well, you get the idea. Having a Pressure Cooker and Air Fryer all-in-one pot makes a lot of other appliances obsolete. And it is easier to clean than most of the appliances it replaces. One of the most unique functions is the ability to pressure cook something and then use the air fryer to crisp it up - Ninja calls this TenderCrisp technology - and we love it! We have never cooked delicious pork ribs in less than an hour, but that's just what we did with the TenderCrisp function of the Ninja Foodi.

It's been a long time since I have enjoyed a new appliance as much as this Ninja Cooker. I was impressed with the appearance and performance of this Ninja Foodi. I recently purchased another cooker and while shopping, I considered this Ninja, but thought it was too large. However, after receiving this OP302, I packed away my new Zavor without learning how to use it and I can not stop cooking with my Ninja! I was able to remove my other cookers from my countertop and just have one appliance taking up space. It is very easy to operate and just as easy to clean up - even the cook & crisp basket. I especially love the ceramic non-stick coating on the pot, basket, and grilling section. The crisping lid is permanently attached to the pot, and you just raise it up to attach the pressure lid when you want to pressure cook. The unit will give you hints about when to close the lid. I like that I can change the time and temperature while cooking. It cooks much faster than any other pressure cooker I have had and the searing is excellent. The fan inside the grilling lid is quiet. The control panel includes: - Timer display - Temperature Up and Temperature Down (Choices are: 250, 260, 275, 290, 300, 315, 325, 330, 345, 350, 360, 375, 390, 400) - Time Up and Time Down - On/Off - Start/Stop - Keep Warm (up to 12 hours) - 8 FUNCTION Buttons: Pressure, Steam, Slow Cook, Sear/Saute, Dehydrate, Air Crisp, Bake & Roast, Broil (The options will light up when selected. Depending on which lid you use, the available choices will illuminate.) It is an awesome cooker that does so much more than others. How nice it is to be able to crisp something after pressure cooking it in the same pot and not having to use the air fryer too. All the functions perform perfectly but I have yet to use the Dehydrator. I am sure it will be great and I am looking forward to dehydrating my own herbs, garlic, mushrooms, and onions. It comes with a 32" flat cord with a 3-prong plug and uses 1460 watts. The box includes a paper manual, a 'quick start' instruction sheet, and a recipe book with cooking charts. The pressure cooker has a silicone gasket that is easily removed for cleaning (just the gasket is removable). Although the included crisper basket and stainless steel reversible rack are enough for most cooking, you can purchase a loaf pan, crisper pan, roasting rack, dehydrating rack and multi-purpose pan separately. You can also use any cookware you have on hand.

Love, love, love this so far. I already owned a pressure cooker, air fryer and slow cooker but this takes the place of all three. I haven't used the slow cooker function yet, but as far as the pressure cooker and air fryer goes, I think this works better than my separate appliances. I just wish they would have had this before I bought the others. It's quite large but it takes up less space than having 3 separate appliances. It's easy to use. The pressure cooker lid totally detaches but the air crisper lid always stays attached and lifts off to the side when you pressure cook. I think I would prefer to have the option to remove that because I use the pressure feature more than the air crisper. But it's not a deal breaker. It's got a 6.5 qt. capacity with a non stick pot and non stick fryer basket which you can also use for steaming. A great appliance.

Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker with Tender Crisp Technology is really several machines in one. I've got all those other machines and this one is having them all combined into one unit. This is a pressure cooker, steamer, slow cooker, sear/sauté pot, air crisper/fryer, bake/ roaster, food dehydrator, warmer and broiler. Its all done in a 6 ½ Quart size pot. Because it's so many different kitchen machines it is larger and heavier than any one of them. It's best if you have a fixed place on the counter-top to use it. It looks mostly like my instant-pot with similar functions except it has a second air fryer cover which Ninja calls an air crisper. This is what immediately looks different in pictures because it comes with two pot covers. One cover is permanently attached that contains the heating element and fan for the air crisper/fryer. The other one is removable, it's the cover for the pressure cooker and other functions. Using it may seem daunting, but its common sense. First decide which function you want to use, select the correct cover and accessories like the rack or basket. Put in the food, set the timer and temperature and it is done. The amount of time is substantially less than using another method because in many cases you will be cooking under pressure. Pressure shortens cooking times at least by half. The special feature of the Foodi is its all done in one pot. For example, start by pressure cooking then switch over to the air crisper cover to get an added darker fried finish to the dish. So it all can come out cooked and crisped all in the same machine. The cleanup is easier as its made with non-stick materials. I've been trying this out cooking several of my favorite dishes using the Foodi. The first thing I notice is the air fryer/crisper is more air tight than my old machine. I always set off the fire alarms with my old unit and nothing with this machine at all. The menu panel worked great, no glitches or sticking keys. The food came out as expected from those other machines, only better than this one that is replacing them. Now, its all done in one pot. It may be more pot than the others, but it replaces several pots and thereby saves space in the kitchen, too.
