You could but you would have to make the fascia very hot to be able to bend it.
Yes they can.
Please apply 2 coats of a water based sealer used for wood decks.
Hi Me. We don't produce fascia boards in 16ft length. Only 12ft and 6ft lengths. Please if you have further questions please email us at inquiry@newtechwood.com or call us at 281-570-6450.
Hi, George! That is correct. The fascia boards are the same color on both sides. However, please keep in mind that one side is wood grain, and the other side is straight grain. Please feel free to email us at inquiry@newtechwood.com with any other questions you may have, or for further clarification, or for a sample.
Hi, Tim. You are correct that we do make custom pieces, but it sounds like there is some confusion. You would need a 2400 linear feet minimum (as seen on the Custom Colors and Profiles page here: https://www.newtechwood.com/custom-colors/). While at the onset, this board order does not look to meet this requirement, I went ahead and did the math, and indeed you have a total of about 700 linear feet, which includes combining the deck boards and the fascia boards, well below this threshold,. We recognize the need to avoid waste, but it would not be feasible to make such precise board dimensions, for an order of this size. While it is not ideal, my recommendation would be buy a combination of 8 foot and 16 foot boards and cut to your desired length. You could do this through both HomeDepot.com, and the Home Depot Pro-Desk. Please feel free to email us at inquiry@newtechwood.com with any other questions you may have, or for further clarification.
Hi, yes, this is possible. However, please do so at your own risk. To confirm the ideal temperature and conditions under which this would work best, please test on a sample, with all necessary safety precautions. Please reach out to inquiry@newtechwood.com if you have any other questions.
Hello Daniel. Our board are pretty flexible, it will need to be heated up a bit before bending. You may use the hot towel method to start some bend. Our board does have it limitation to bend though, and we're unsure how much you want to curve your board. If you have any further questions please email us at inquiry@newtechwood.com.
Hello Yen. Our deck boards cannot be glued down. It must be screwed down using composite screws into the frame below or into the joists using our clips. Please let us know if you have further questions. If so, please email us at inquiry@newtechwood.com.
Hi, JR. We currently only offer the US05 board in the UltraShield 0.6 in. x 12 in. x 12 ft.size. However, because it can be cut, you could create fascia boards from them to the 0.6 in x 8 in x 10 ft. size.
