Hi Martin, I apologize for the hassle you have been going through trying to reach us. As we are short on staff working in the office during the pandemic and have been slammed with purchase orders and sample requests. We will do our best to do better. To get your samples quickly, please go to the Contact Us page at newtechwood.com, there will be a form you can fill out and a message box where you can ask for the samples you need. Sometimes, because of too many requests at once, the form crashes. If that is the case, please email email@example.com with a phone number, address and what samples you would like to receive. Thank you
