Thalia Brown 8-Piece Wood Patio Conversation Set with Cream Cushions

Bought this set last year in April, purchased an expensive cover to protect it as well. Kept it covered during the winter. We live in an area that doesn't get much rain or snow. We uncovered the set a few weeks and the wood started to peel, moldy. In bad shape. However, when I called the manufacturer, they immediately took my complaint seriously, admitted that they use a spray on varnish for protection and offered us a new set. We received the new set a week ago and will be treating it ourselves.

A bit of a challenge to assemble but beautiful, sturdy and a bargain

Assembled the whole set in under an hour. Super comfortable, looks great and the mortised joints make it very sturdy. Great value for an 8-piece set!

Do not buy this set! We purchased it April 2020. We kept it covered whenever not in use despite them saying you could keep it uncovered for a more natural look. We kept it covered all winter and when we just uncovered it for the season the finish has come off in several spots. In particular, the finish came off of the tables the most.

This is a great looking set for the outdoor space at my condo. I was able to assemble it by myself in a couple of hours. Each seat feels very solid, which is great because I am a heavy guy. The one thing I don't like, after about a year of use (and being covered over the winter), is how dirty it gets. I suppose that is to be expected with cream cushions. Are there any good tips for cleaning these cushions?

For the 8 pieces that you get for this price, this is excellent value. The wood frames are solid and we like the finish. Two sets of four pieces arrived in separate boxes and the instructions and how the tools were organized were excellent. Don't worry if you have extra pieces, you may not have missed something because they were generous and sent extras. And no, the bench can be assembled by one person. ha ha We are using this set for both indoor and outdoor, there are plenty of pieces, no matter what the weather, to arrange great conversation areas in and out. One area for improvement: I ordered the cream cushions because they looked classy and better quality. I'm not so pleased with them: they are very yellow and thinner than I expected. They will make a great base for a set of cushions over top because I don't expect them to last or be comfortable for long.

I'm glad I had the garage door open when I opened the box! The fumes were horrible. The cushions are not only thin but the padding is not very dense. Assembling was for the most part easy. With the exception of the coffee table. The legs did didn't align with the table. I had to use clamps to line thing up.

Came earlier than expected, so that was good. Condition was good , it was in two boxes. Luckily I had my nephews here to help carry it to the back yard lol color is beautiful. Asemblance was a bit tough , it was definitely tough to do by myself so I asked my nephews again lol you have to not screw in everything tightly (as they say in instructions ) until all bolts are in place or you'll have to assemble it all over again ugh.....however they give you plenty of Allen keys which was helpful. Once we got the hang of it it was easier. ...tip do the tables first then bench seats last they are the hardest part. Everyone loves the color and wood. Unfortunately I got a stain on cushion on the third day on the deck ...but I was able to take off cover and wash it . Thankfully the stain came out. I'm not sure if it is waterproof as I put tarps over furniture when it rained.

You get a lot of great quality furniture for the money. It was very easy to put together and the set is not only comfortable to sit on, it is very pretty to look at. I was able to get all of the pieces in my 10x10 gazebo, with the exception of one coffee table, which would have taken up a little too much space but now I have comfortable seating for all of my guests. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Cozy and cute! Easy to assemble as well! I get many compliments from my guests!
