Flames are a little fake looking(because they are). Heater is good. Not too loud and really adds nice warmth to the space, both visually and temperately. I bent flat steel and made an air diffuser so I don’t melt my tv that is mounted above it. Bonus to that is the heat pushes into the room more instead of straight up.
