A:  You calculate the Square footage, length x width.  I would buy a whole extra roll because you have to be able to line it up which is pretty difficult 

A:  To determine your roll count, first measure the height and width in feet of the space you want to wallpaper. Next, multiply those two numbers together, and then divide by the roll square foot coverage. Finally, round up to the next whole number and that is the number of rolls you should order.

A:  yes i dont see why not i love the look of it and goes on pretty easy you just have to remember to line up the lines .

A:  I don't know if a paste product would solve the problem.  Probably a good questions for the manufacturer.  My experience with this peel and stick product is varied. I think the product has some merit, some potential.  It's pretty affordable and a clever solution, If of course it works and doesn't peel off.  Interestingly, I've found exactly the same design pattern of the wood wainscoting I like on the 4'x8' sheet of paneling.  I switched to that product in project since then.  Of course installing the paneling has it's own challenges, but I'm mostly a carpenter and find "wood" products easier to rely on.  But this peel and stick product has it's place. I see on most of the manufacturer's and Home Depot's online coverage, it shows the product installed vertically, which is probably the best way to go.  I've installed it both vertically and horizontally (I wanted the wood strip image to run vertically much like most wainscoting, which is usually vertical, so on some of the product I installed the strip horizontally because the pattern then runs that way).  Installing it neatly in a horizontal pattern is very challenging because of gravity.  But the biggest challenge I've had is getting the product to stay stuck on the wall, perhaps as you've found. I think (I don't know for sure) that the biggest factor for the adhesive is the texture and humidity of the surface it's applied to - specifically either a smooth or orange peel textured wall, and then is it in or outside of a bathroom.  I've found the product always seemed to perform better if the drywall doesn't have orange peel texture.  In cases where it peeled off, it was textured, and or it was in a bathroom.  For me it was both, but it peeled fastest when it had a textured surface.  I think it can shield itself from the affect of humidity somewhat, but if the adhesive can't achieve close to 100 % coverage, like on a textured surface, then it struggles to stay in place.  So, I think!, that "as close to 100% adhesion" is the best solution.  Hope this helps!

A:  Greetings Jamie, This is a great question! We do not recommend using an additional paste on the Peel and Stick Wallpaper. NuWallpaper works best when applied to a smooth surface without texture.

A:  The wallpaper is good quality and durable. It's not thin. Sticks well but personally would not use paste you will have a hard time peeling off, would crust the paper and unnecessary work/added costs. Maybe around edges for paste. It really matters on what type of wall you are putting it on. Hardest part about this is matching. Plan for waste.
