Used to think great but Watch out!
Had a 12 lb glass picture on the wall for 3 years with the 30 lb hanger. The nail of the hanger broke today and the picture came crashing down. Frame and glass broken, wood floor dented. Never EVER thought this could happen, but there you go, defective or metal fatigue (poor engineering). Will not buy again.

Love these Hangers
I have been using these hangers for at least 7 years and I love them. I use them for all my hanging needs and highly recommend them to anyone that asks. I have never had one break or drop a picture or mirror.

Excellent product
You must read the directions and install properly. I don't believe the other negative reviews. I have used this for all my pictures, even heavy pictures. They are still hanging 10 years later even though we have had a few good size earthquakes.

Do NOT buy
I just bought a house and moved so I wanted to start fresh with new picture hangers that wouldn't hurt my walls. These looked good so I got a multi pack. I wasn't crazy about them but kept using them anyway. Half way through the pack, I hung a not very heavy picture and the nail broke off! The picture fell. Luckily I caught it, but it dinged my wall on the way down. It wasn't the hanger itself which is far more flimsy than it looks in these pictures, it was the nail! Now I'm scared that the others will break at some point so I will probably replace them all. What a waste of time and money. Very, very disappointed.
