Not in the.093 thickness. It would need a wood backing. For holding up anything with weight to it you'll need thicker.

Can't think of a way to adhere it tightly without damaging the paint. I was going to suggest carpentry adhesive like Liquid Nails, but that would definitely affect the paint. Maybe make a nice rabbit stew. :-)

Same way as a straight cut; template firmly in place to score along, and repeated scoring. Have patience. It will pay off. Let the guy next door cuss his head off because he wanted it done in one shot and his piece cracked. :-)

Can I drill 7/32" holes in this product. The holes would be from 1/2" to 7/8" apart. Would it crack?

That close together imI afraid it would crack. If it was me I would use a thicker piece. Also take drilling the holes slow, no pressure.

Worked like a charm! Used it to replace the bottom piece of a skylight. It won't crack if you do this: use something as a straightedge, like a level. Mark your dimensions. Hold the straightedge firmly in place and apply repeated scoring, with a sharp plastic cutter. Keep scoring. Be patient. Don't try to cut through it all at once. You might have to score it 50 times to cut through, but it WILL work, and it won't crack.

Hint: If you are cutting this two directions, cut it on the "short" side first, all the way across, and then the long side. Fortunately my cabinet didn't need the entire width of the acrylic, or I'd have had to bought another when it cracked in "not the right place". Oh, and the glass cutter next to it in the aisle? Won't cut this. Use a stronger blade and score it several times. I do love my upcycled gun cabinet, though! I use it to put all the grilling stuff I don't want to have to cart back and forth from inside the house, and I don't have to worry about the glass breaking in a wind storm!

We have wire shelves in our apartment pantry. I bought two of these acrylic sheets, had the salesperson cut them in half. My wife put them on all the wire shelves and they kept the bottles and other containers from falling over because of the gaps in the wire shelves. Excellent product!!!

Perfect cover for our teak desk to protect from scratches. The only negative is the minor "waves" it had which is an imperfection but it didn't bother us enough to return it.
