I tend to always get cold really easily and thought these could really help when we go to the mountains. We went and played in the snow for a couple hours and also went on rzr rides for over half a day there too. I kept them on the highest setting as it was very cold and they did help. My thumbs by the end of the ride did get cold but not too bad. The thumbs definitely don’t give out as much heat at the rest of the mitt. The mittens have soft finger dividers inside so it’s really like gloves inside mittens. They are very simple to use and there are lights on the wrist to indicate which heat level they’re on. The batteries are simple to charge and are not heavy in the gloves. These mittens help in the cold but if it’s really cold out they don’t help as much as I had hoped, especially if it’s windy. The light changes color from red to green when the batteries are charged which is nice. Overall they are nice and work well.

After getting the heated gloves from Ororo for me, I decided to get a set of mittens for my significant other. Just like the gloves they don’t disappoint. They are true to fit, have three temp settings, come with a carry bag and everything you need to keep your hands warm in the slopes. Unlike other mittens I’ve seen and tried, these have fitted area inside the mitten, so the outside is a mitt and the inside is like a glove. No doubt your fingers will always be warm. She tried them at home and can’t wait to take these to the slopes. Highly recommend!

These Ororo heated mittens get very warm on their highest setting. Most people will keep them on the low and medium settings most of the time I'm guessing. Mittens seem well built and are comfortable. I normally wear a size medium or large, but the small they accidentally sent me still fits. Batteries seem of high quality too. Can't wait to use them this winter. Highly recommend.

They have three heat setting, low, medium and high. On low setting they are rated for up to seven hours, time will tell as the weather gets colder how long they last on high. My hands are a little big for the large size, they are quite snug for me, to bad they don't make an extra large. As we get into winter I will find out how they do on the tractor plowing snow, but as for now they seem to be adequate for the job that they are designed for. As for an extra, they provided an international plug for those who want to go out of country.

The small battery stores in a pocket inside the extended cuff, and is not in the way at all. Likewise, the control on the back of the hand is small and unobtrusive, and it doesn't take any brains to figure out how it works. I never looked at the manual - On/Off, three power levels. Size large is a bit snug on my hands, I usually go for an XL, but they fit and will be good for what I want. If you are going to shovel snow, get them a bit big so you don't tear out the seams. Speaking of which, the stitching and material all look top-quality, as I have always found with Ororo products. These are much warmer than my unheated mittens!
